When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

When he utters his voice there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and he brings forth the wind from his storehouses.

耶和華在海上颳起大風，海就狂風大作，船幾乎破裂。

耶和華在天上打雷，至高者發出聲音，就有冰雹和火炭。

耶和華以能力創造大地，以智慧建立世界，以聰明鋪張穹蒼。他一出聲，天上就有眾水澎湃；他使雲霧從地極上騰，造電隨雨而閃，從倉庫中吹出風來。

基路伯翅膀的響聲傳到外院，好像全能神說話的聲音。

他一出令，這些就都融化，他使風颳起，水便流動。

神記念挪亞和挪亞方舟裏的一切走獸牲畜。神使風吹地，水勢漸落。

或為責罰，或為他的地，或為慈愛，都是他所行的。

「你能向密雲揚起聲來，使傾盆的雨遮蓋你嗎？你能發出閃電，使它們行走，並對你說『我們在這裏』嗎？誰將智慧放在朱鷺中？誰將聰明賜給雄雞？誰能用智慧數算雲彩？誰能傾倒天上的瓶呢？那時，塵土聚集成團，土塊緊緊結連。

就是那駕行在亙古的諸天之上的主！聽啊，他發出聲音，是極大的聲音。

摩西向海伸手，耶和華就用強勁的東風，使海水在一夜間退去，海就成了乾地；水分開了。

聽啊，聽他轟轟的聲音，是神口中所發的響聲。他發響聲震遍天下，他的閃電直到地極。隨後，人聽見他的聲音，是那轟轟的聲音；他發出威嚴的雷聲，而不加以遏止。神發出奇妙的雷聲；他行大事，我們不能測透。他對雪說：『要降在地上』；對大雨和暴雨也是這樣說。他封住各人的手，叫所造的萬人都知道他的作為。野獸進入穴中，臥在自己洞內。暴風來自內宮，寒冷出於狂風。神噓氣成冰，凝結寬闊之水，使密雲盛滿水氣，烏雲散佈閃電。

你有神那樣的膀臂嗎？你能像他那樣發雷聲嗎？

你的斥責一發，水就奔逃；你的雷聲一發，水就奔流。

耶和華轉變風向，使強勁的西風吹來，把蝗蟲颳起，吹入紅海；在埃及全境連一隻也沒有留下。

萬邦喧嚷，國度動搖；神出聲，地就熔化。

他令東風吹在天空，用能力引來南風。

太陽出來的時候，神安排炎熱的東風，太陽曝曬約拿的頭，使他發昏，他就為自己求死，說：「我死了比活着更好！」

看哪，神崇高，我們不能知道；他的年數，不能測度。因他吸取水點，水點就從雲霧中變成雨；雲彩將雨落下，沛然降於世人。又有誰能明白密雲如何鋪張，和神行宮的雷聲呢？看哪，他的亮光普照自己的四圍；他覆蓋海的深處。因他用這些審判眾民，又賜豐富的糧食。他以閃電遮手掌，命令它擊中靶子。所發的雷聲將他顯明，牲畜也指明要起暴風。」

「你曾進入雪之庫，或見過雹的倉嗎？

耶和華說：「以色列人哪，我豈不是看你們如古實人嗎？我豈不是領以色列人出埃及地，也領非利士人出迦斐託，領亞蘭人出吉珥嗎？

耶穌說：「你們這些小信的人哪，為甚麼膽怯呢？」於是他起來，斥責風和海，風和海就大大平靜了。眾人驚訝地說：「這是怎樣的一個人？連風和海都聽從他。」

耶和華的聲音在眾水上，榮耀的神打雷；耶和華打雷在大水之上。耶和華的聲音大有能力，耶和華的聲音滿有威嚴。耶和華的聲音震碎香柏樹，耶和華震碎黎巴嫩的香柏樹。他使黎巴嫩跳躍如牛犢，使西連跳躍如野牛犢。耶和華的聲音使火焰分岔。耶和華的聲音震動曠野，耶和華震動加低斯的曠野。耶和華的聲音驚動母鹿落胎，樹林也脫落淨光。凡在他殿中的，都述說他的榮耀。耶和華坐在洪水之上為王；耶和華坐着為王，直到永遠。

摩西就向埃及地伸杖；整整一晝一夜，耶和華使東風颳在埃及地上，到了早晨，東風把蝗蟲颳了來。
