When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

諸基路伯翼之聲、聞於外院、若全能主言時之聲、

主一發命、冰即消化、主使風吹、水即流動、

主眷念挪亞及偕其在舟之百獸六畜、天主遂使風吹地、水勢稍落、

或以降災於地、或以施恩於人、

爾能呼雲、使滂沱之雨降於爾身乎、爾能遣電前往、使應爾曰、我在此乎、懷中智慧誰賦、心內聰明誰賜、或作誰使密雲如有智慧誰使天象如有聰明孰能以智慧核雲之數乎、孰能傾天之盆、使塵成泥、使土成團乎、

天主乘駕穹蒼、永世無窮、發大雷霆、聲音宏震、

於是摩西伸手於海上、主使東風大吹、飄揚終夜、使海水退、海中如陸地而水分析、

爾曹當聽天主之威聲、與其口所發之響、引其雷聲、震至天涯、使電光閃至地極、厥後雷震轟轟、發其威聲、聲聲相隨、人所共聞、或作厥後雷聲震轟發其威聲電光閃爍天主震雷、其聲甚奇、行大事、我儕不能測、命雪降於地、以大能下雨滂沱、使人手不得操作、俾萬人各知天主之經綸、百獸入其穴、臥其巢、狂風自南方南方原文作巖密之處而來、寒冷自北方而至、天主噓氣有寒冰、使廣流之水、皆被禁遏、使廣流之水皆被禁遏或作使廣流之水凝結如堅物使潤氣蒸於密雲、使雲霞鋪散、

爾亦有臂有臂或作有能如天主乎、爾亦能如天主發雷聲乎、

主一叱喝、水即速退、主發雷聲、水便急流、

主令西風大起、驅蝗入於紅海、伊及四境、不遺一蝗、

萬族喧囂、列邦震動、主發雷聲、地即消滅、

天主命東風起於空中、施展大能、使南風吹來、

日出時、天主使東風來、其氣炎熇、原文作日出時天主備乾熱之東風日暴約拿之首、約拿憊極、求死曰、我生不如死為善、

天主至大、我儕不能測度、其壽無量、不可計數、攝取水滴、變霧為雨、由雲中淋漓、降於萬人、密雲鋪遍空中、天主幕內雷聲震轟、誰能測度、天主使光明普照其上、且以覆海底、亦以此或懲罰列民、或豐裕賜食於人、手持電光、命以罰敵、又命免罰己友、惟降盛怒於作惡之人、或作天主向生物植物以雷霆表示已能

爾曾入雪之庫乎、曾見雹之倉乎、

主曰、以色列人歟、我豈不能視爾若古實人乎、昔我導以色列人出伊及、亦導非利士人出鴿託、導亞蘭人出吉珥、

曰、小信者乎、何懼耶、即起、斥風與海、遂大平息、眾奇曰、此何人也、風與海亦順之、○

主之聲發在水上、有榮耀之主行雷、主在大水之上、主之聲極其震大、主之聲極有威嚴、主之聲震折柏香木、主震折利巴嫩之柏香木、使之跳躍如牛犢、使利巴嫩與西連山跳躍如野牛犢、從主之聲中、閃出火燄、主之聲震動曠野、主震動迦叠之曠野、主之聲驚動牝鹿、震拔林中樹木、在主殿中皆讚美主之榮耀、洪水氾濫、主坐寶座掌權、主必坐寶座為王、至於永遠、
