When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

When I thunder, the waters in the heavens roar. I make clouds rise from one end of the earth to the other. I send lightning with the rain. I bring out the wind from my storerooms.

When he utters his voice there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and he brings forth the wind from his storehouses.

耶和華用能力創造大地，用智慧建立世界，用聰明鋪張穹蒼。他一發聲，空中便有多水激動；他使雲霧從地極上騰；他造電隨雨而閃，從他府庫中帶出風來。

基路伯翅膀的響聲聽到外院，好像全能神說話的聲音。

他一出令，這些就都消化；他使風颳起，水便流動。

神記念挪亞和挪亞方舟裏的一切走獸牲畜。神叫風吹地，水勢漸落。

或為責罰，或為潤地，或為施行慈愛。

你能向雲彩揚起聲來，使傾盆的雨遮蓋你嗎？你能發出閃電，叫它行去，使它對你說：我們在這裏？誰將智慧放在懷中？誰將聰明賜於心內？誰能用智慧數算雲彩呢？塵土聚集成團，土塊緊緊結連；那時，誰能傾倒天上的瓶呢？

歌頌那自古駕行在諸天以上的主！他發出聲音，是極大的聲音。

摩西向海伸杖，耶和華便用大東風，使海水一夜退去，水便分開，海就成了乾地。

聽啊，神轟轟的聲音是他口中所發的響聲。他發響聲震遍天下，發電光閃到地極。隨後人聽見有雷聲轟轟，大發威嚴，雷電接連不斷。神發出奇妙的雷聲；他行大事，我們不能測透。他對雪說：要降在地上；對大雨和暴雨也是這樣說。他封住各人的手，叫所造的萬人都曉得他的作為。百獸進入穴中，臥在洞內。暴風出於南宮；寒冷出於北方。神噓氣成冰；寬闊之水也都凝結。他使密雲盛滿水氣，布散電光之雲；

你有神那樣的膀臂嗎？你能像他發雷聲嗎？

你的斥責一發，水便奔逃；你的雷聲一發，水便奔流。

耶和華轉了極大的西風，把蝗蟲颳起，吹入紅海；在埃及的四境連一個也沒有留下。

外邦喧嚷，列國動搖；神發聲，地便鎔化。

他領東風起在天空，又用能力引了南風來。

日頭出來的時候，神安排炎熱的東風，日頭曝曬約拿的頭，使他發昏，他就為自己求死，說：「我死了比活着還好！」

神為大，我們不能全知；他的年數不能測度。他吸取水點，這水點從雲霧中就變成雨；雲彩將雨落下，沛然降與世人。誰能明白雲彩如何鋪張，和神行宮的雷聲呢？他將亮光普照在自己的四圍；他又遮覆海底。他用這些審判眾民，且賜豐富的糧食。他以電光遮手，命閃電擊中敵人。所發的雷聲顯明他的作為，又向牲畜指明要起暴風。

你曾進入雪庫，或見過雹倉嗎？

耶和華說：以色列人哪，我豈不看你們如古實人嗎？我豈不是領以色列人出埃及地，領非利士人出迦斐託，領亞蘭人出吉珥嗎？

耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪，為甚麼膽怯呢？」於是起來，斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了。眾人希奇，說：「這是怎樣的人？連風和海也聽從他了！」

耶和華的聲音發在水上；榮耀的神打雷，耶和華打雷在大水之上。耶和華的聲音大有能力；耶和華的聲音滿有威嚴。耶和華的聲音震破香柏樹；耶和華震碎黎巴嫩的香柏樹。他也使之跳躍如牛犢，使黎巴嫩和西連跳躍如野牛犢。耶和華的聲音使火焰分岔。耶和華的聲音震動曠野；耶和華震動加低斯的曠野。耶和華的聲音驚動母鹿落胎，樹木也脫落淨光。凡在他殿中的，都稱說他的榮耀。洪水泛濫之時，耶和華坐着為王；耶和華坐着為王，直到永遠。

摩西就向埃及地伸杖，那一晝一夜，耶和華使東風颳在埃及地上；到了早晨，東風把蝗蟲颳了來。
