When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

但是耶和华在海上忽然刮起大风，于是海中狂风大作，船几乎要破裂了。

耶和华在天上打雷，至高者发出声音，发出冰雹和火炭。

耶和华用自己的能力创造了大地，用自己的智慧坚立了世界，又用自己的聪明展开了诸天。他一发声，空中众水就澎湃；他使云雾从地极上腾；他造了闪电和雷雨，又使风从他的仓库里吹出来。

基路伯的翅膀发出的声音在外院也可以听到，好像全能的神说话的声音。

他发出命令，这一切就都融化；他使风刮起，水就流动。

神顾念挪亚和所有与他一同在方舟里的走兽和牲畜；神使风吹过大地，水就渐渐退了。

他使电光来临，是为施行责罚，或为滋润大地，或为赐予慈爱。

你能向密云扬声吗？你能使洪水淹没你吗？你能差派闪电，闪电就发出，并且对你说：‘我们在这里’吗？谁把智慧放在怀里，或把聪明赐于人的心中？尘土融合成团，土块黏结在一起的时候，谁能凭智慧数算云天呢？谁能把天上的水袋倾倒呢？

歌颂那乘驾在自古就有的众天之上的主；看哪！他发出了强而有力的声音。

摩西向海伸手，耶和华就用极强的东风，一夜之间使海水退去；他使海变成干地，海水也分开了。

你们当细听他轰轰的声音，他口中发出隆隆的雷声。他发雷声响遍天下，也发电光闪到地极。接着雷声霹雳，神以自己威严之声打雷，人听到雷声的时候，神并没有留住风霜雨云（“风霜雨云”直译是“它们”）。神以奇妙的方法打雷，他行大事，我们不能了解。他对雪说：‘降在地上’，对大雨暴雨也是这样。他封住各人的手，叫万人知道他的作为。野兽进入洞中，留在穴里。风暴来自南宫，寒冷出于北方。神所呼的气息结成冰，广阔无边的水也凝结；他使密云满载水气，云彩布散他的电光。

你有神那样的膀臂吗？你能用他那样的声音打雷吗？

因你的斥责，水就退去；因你的雷声，水就奔逃。

耶和华转了非常强大的西风，把蝗虫吹起来了，投进红海里；在埃及全境，连一只蝗虫也没留下。

列邦喧嚷，万国动摇；神一发声，地就融化。

他从天空刮起东风，施能力领出南风。

日出的时候，神又安排炎热的东风。烈日晒在约拿的头上，以致发昏，他就为自己求死，说：“我死了比活着还好。”

神为至大，我们不能了解，他的年数，无法测度。他吸收滴滴水点，使水滴在云雾中化成雨，云层倾下雨水，沛然降在世人身上。谁能明白云彩的展开，和神行宫的雷声呢？他在自己的周围展开电光，又用水遮盖海底；他用这些审断万人，又赐予丰盛的粮食；他以电光遮盖双手，然后吩咐电光去攻击目标，他以雷声宣扬自己，甚至牲畜也注意将有什么临近。”

你曾入过雪库，或见过雹仓吗？

“以色列人哪！在我看来，你们不是与古实人一样吗？我带领以色列人出埃及地，不是也领非利士人出迦斐托，领亚兰人出吉珥吗？”这是耶和华的宣告。

耶稣却对他们说：“小信的人哪！为什么害怕呢？”他就起来斥责风和海，风浪就完全平静了。众人都惊奇，说：“这是什么人，连风和海也听从他？”

耶和华的声音在众水之上，荣耀的神打雷，耶和华打雷在大水之上。耶和华的声音大有能力，耶和华的声音充满威严。耶和华的声音震断了香柏树，耶和华震断了黎巴嫩的香柏树。他使黎巴嫩山跳跃像牛犊，使西连山跳跃像野牛犊。耶和华的声音带着火焰劈下。耶和华的声音震撼旷野，耶和华震撼加低斯的旷野。耶和华的声音惊动母鹿生产，使林中的树木光秃凋零；凡是在他殿中的都说：“荣耀啊！”耶和华坐在洪水之上，耶和华坐着为王直到永远。

摩西就向埃及地伸杖，整整的一日一夜，耶和华把东风吹在地上；到了早晨，东风把蝗虫吹来了。
