我命既出、霧起地極、雲集穹蒼、電閃雨下、風藏府庫、我能出之。

When he thunders, the waters in the heavens roar; he makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He sends lightning with the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

When I thunder, the waters in the heavens roar. I make clouds rise from one end of the earth to the other. I send lightning with the rain. I bring out the wind from my storerooms.

When he utters his voice there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and he brings forth the wind from his storehouses.

When he speaks in the thunder, the heavens roar with rain. He causes the clouds to rise over the earth. He sends the lightning with the rain and releases the wind from his storehouses.

耶和華在天上打雷，至高者發出的聲音響徹在冰雹和火炭中。

耶和華施展大能，用智慧創造大地和世界，巧妙地鋪展穹蒼。祂一聲令下，天上大水湧動；祂使雲從地極升起，使閃電在雨中發出，祂從自己的倉庫吹出風來。

基路伯天使展翅的響聲好像全能上帝說話的聲音，在外院也可以聽見。

祂一聲令下，冰雪便溶化，微風便吹拂，河川便奔流。

上帝眷顧挪亞及方舟裡的野獸和牲畜，使風吹在大地上，水便開始消退。

或為懲罰大地，或為彰顯慈愛。

你能號令雲彩，使傾盆大雨覆蓋你嗎？你能命閃電發出，讓它聽候調遣嗎？誰將智慧放在人胸中？誰使人內心有聰明？塵土結成硬團，土塊黏在一起時，誰能憑智慧數算雲彩？誰能傾倒天上的水囊？

歌頌凌駕在萬古穹蒼之上的主。聽啊，祂聲如雷鳴。

摩西向海伸出手，耶和華便整夜用強勁的東風吹退海水，將海底變成乾地。海水分開後，

請仔細聽祂發出的雷聲，聽祂口中發出的轟鳴。祂使閃電劃過整個天空，亮光直照到地極。隨後雷聲隆隆，祂發出威嚴之聲。祂一發聲，雷電交加。上帝發出奇妙的雷聲，我們無法測度祂偉大的作為。祂命雪降在大地，令雨傾盆倒下，使人們停下工作，以便世人都知道祂的作為。野獸躲進窩裡，留在洞中。暴風從南天而來，寒流由北方而至。上帝噓氣成冰，使寬闊的水面凝結。祂使密雲佈滿水氣，從雲端發出閃電。

你有上帝那樣的臂膀嗎？你能像祂那樣發出雷鳴嗎？

你一聲怒叱，眾水便奔逃；你一聲雷鳴，眾水就奔流，

耶和華就把風向倒轉，變成猛烈的西風，把蝗蟲颳走，吹進紅海。埃及境內一隻蝗蟲也沒留下。

列邦動盪，列國傾覆。上帝的聲音使大地熔化。

祂使空中颳起東風，用大能引來南風，

太陽出來的時候，上帝颳起燥熱的東風，烈日把約拿曬得發昏，他就再次求死說：「我死了比活著還好！」

我們無法明白上帝的偉大，祂的年歲無法數算。祂吸取水滴，使之在雲霧中化為雨，從雲端沛然降下，滋潤人間。誰能明白雲層的鋪展，及祂幔幕發出的雷聲？祂在四圍鋪展閃電，照亮大海的深處。祂藉此治理萬民，賜下豐富的食物。祂手握閃電，令它射向目標。雷聲顯明祂的作為，就連牲畜也能察覺。

「你曾到過雪庫，或見過雹倉嗎？

耶和華說：「以色列人啊，在我眼中，你們不是和古實人一樣嗎？我不是領你們出埃及，也領非利士人出迦斐托，領亞蘭人出吉珥嗎？

耶穌答道：「你們信心太小了，為什麼害怕呢？」於是祂起來斥責風和浪，風浪就完全平靜了。門徒很驚奇，說：「祂究竟是什麼人？連風浪都聽祂的！」

耶和華的聲音迴盪在海上，榮耀的上帝打雷，在洪濤之上打雷。耶和華的聲音充滿能力；耶和華的聲音充滿威嚴。耶和華的聲音震斷香柏樹，耶和華劈碎黎巴嫩的香柏樹，使黎巴嫩山跳躍如小牛，西連山跳躍如野牛。耶和華的聲音攜閃電而來，震動曠野，震動加低斯的曠野。耶和華的聲音擊倒橡樹，使樹木凋零。眾人在祂殿中高呼：「榮耀歸於耶和華！」耶和華坐在洪濤之上，耶和華永遠坐著為王。

摩西就向埃及伸杖。耶和華使東風在埃及境內颳了整整一天一夜，到早晨，東風帶來了蝗蟲。
