為此，我的腰滿是疼痛，劇痛抓住了我，好像臨產婦女的劇痛。我惶惑得不能聽，我惶恐得不能看。我的心慌亂，恐怖驚擾著我，我所愛慕的黃昏竟使我恐懼。

哀號吧！因為耶和華的日子近了；這日子來到，像毀滅從全能者來到那樣。因此，人人必雙手發軟，個個都心融膽喪。他們必惶恐，劇痛和痛苦抓住他們；他們必疼痛，像臨產的婦女那樣。他們彼此驚奇對望，面色如火焰。
