这使我充满痛苦，我陷入剧痛中，如同分娩的妇人，我因听见的话而惊慌，因看见的景象而害怕。我心慌意乱，惊惧不堪，我期盼的黄昏却令我恐惧。

哀号吧！耶和华的日子近了，全能者施行毁灭的时候到了。人们都必双手发软，胆战心惊，惊恐万状，痛苦不堪如同分娩的妇人。他们必面面相觑，羞愧得面如火烧。

看啊，敌人必像展翅飞来的鹰一样攻击波斯拉。到那日，以东的勇士必像临盆的妇女一样胆战心惊。
