Yet their Redeemer is strong; the Lord Almighty is his name. He will vigorously defend their cause so that he may bring rest to their land, but unrest to those who live in Babylon.

But I am strong and will save them. My name is the Lord Who Rules Over All. I will stand up for them. I will bring peace and rest to their land. But I will bring trouble to those who live in Babylon.

Their Redeemer is strong; the Lord of hosts is his name. He will surely plead their cause, that he may give rest to the earth, but unrest to the inhabitants of Babylon.

當永恆主使你脫離痛苦、煩擾、和勉強作的苦工，而得安息的日子，你必發表這首言論歌來諷刺巴比倫王說：『啊，壓迫人的怎麼息滅了！狂暴怎麼止息了！永恆主折斷了惡人權柄之杖，毁了轄制人者的指揮棍，就是無停的擊打，怒憤憤地擊打外族之民，肆無抑制的蹂躪，氣忿忿地蹂躪列國的。現在各地都很安定平靜；都爆發了歡呼聲。

那造雅各業分的、並不像這些；因為他是形成萬有的；以色列是他產業的族派；萬軍之永恆主耶和華是他的名。

這些事以後、我聽見有聲音在天上，彷彿是極大羣人的大聲音，說：『哈利路亞！拯救、榮耀、權能，都屬於我們的上帝，因為他所判罰的真實又公義：他判罰了那大淫婦、那用淫亂使地上敗壞的，他並且向淫婦手裏為他僕人們伸流血的冤。』他們又說了第二次：『哈利路亞！燒她的煙直往上冒，世世代代、永不停息！』

因為上帝所看為公義的就是：當主耶穌從天上同他有能力的天使在火燄中顯示出來時將患難報應那加患難給你們的人，而將鬆息還報你們、連同我們、受患難緊逼的人、

諸天哪，歡呼哦，因為永恆主作成了，地府之最低處啊，吶喊哦！眾山哪，爆發歡呼聲哦！森林和林中所有的樹啊，呼喊哦！因為永恆主贖回了雅各了，他必因以色列而榮耀自己。那從你母腹就形成了你，和贖回了你、的永恆主這麼說：『我永恆主是造了萬有的，是獨自展開諸天，沒有誰在旁協助而鋪展大地的，

所以你要對以色列人說：「我永恆主；我要領你們從埃及人所加的重擔下出來；我要援救你們脫離他們所派作的苦工；我要用伸出的膀臂藉着大判罰贖救你們。
