Yet their Redeemer is strong; the Lord Almighty is his name. He will vigorously defend their cause so that he may bring rest to their land, but unrest to those who live in Babylon.

But I am strong and will save them. My name is the Lord Who Rules Over All. I will stand up for them. I will bring peace and rest to their land. But I will bring trouble to those who live in Babylon.

Their Redeemer is strong; the Lord of hosts is his name. He will surely plead their cause, that he may give rest to the earth, but unrest to the inhabitants of Babylon.

But the one who redeems them is strong. His name is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies. He will defend them and give them rest again in Israel. But for the people of Babylon there will be no rest!

“耶和华，以色列的君王和救赎主，万军之耶和华说，‘我是首先的，我是末后的，除我以外再没有真神。

你们的救赎主耶和华——以色列的圣者说：“为了你们的缘故，我必派大军进攻巴比伦，使迦勒底人坐着他们引以为荣的船逃亡。

“如蛆如虫的雅各啊，以色列人啊，不要怕！我耶和华必帮助你。以色列的圣者是你的救赎主。

上帝啊，求你为我伸张正义，在不虔敬的人面前为我辩护，救我脱离诡诈邪恶的人。

耶和华啊，求你与我的敌人为敌，攻击那些攻击我的人。

所以在一天之内，她的灾祸，就是死亡、哀伤和饥荒要同时临到她身上。她要被火烧尽，因为审判她的主上帝能力伟大。

耶和华使他们脱离痛苦、悲伤和残酷奴役的时候，他们必这样讥笑巴比伦王：“暴君灭亡了！暴政结束了！耶和华折断了邪恶君主的权杖。他曾狂怒地攻伐列邦，无休无止，怒气冲冲地征服列国，大肆迫害。如今天下太平，人人欢呼歌唱，

雅各的上帝却迥然不同，因为祂创造万物，以色列人是祂的产业，祂名叫“万军之耶和华”。

这事以后，我听见天上好像有一大群人在呼喊：“哈利路亚！救赎、荣耀和权能都归于我们的上帝！因为祂的审判真实公义，祂惩罚了那用淫乱败坏世界的大淫妇，为那些被她杀害的奴仆申冤。”他们又欢呼说：“哈利路亚！焚烧大淫妇的烟不断上腾，直到永永远远。”

上帝是公义的，祂必以患难来报应那些迫害你们的人。当主耶稣和祂大能的天使在烈焰中从天上显现时，祂必使你们这些受苦的人和我们同得安慰，

诸天啊，歌唱吧！因为耶和华成就了这事。地的深处啊，欢呼吧！众山岭和林中的树木啊，你们都要歌唱！因为耶和华救赎了雅各，在以色列彰显了祂的荣耀。在母腹中造你、救赎你的耶和华说：“我是创造万物的耶和华，我独自铺展穹苍，开辟大地。

所以，你要转告以色列人说，‘我是耶和华。我要伸出臂膀重重地惩罚埃及，救赎你们脱离埃及人的辖制，脱离他们的奴役。
