今我欲雪宿忿、視其所行而加報施、爾曹當鼓譟直前、毀其垣墉、傾其基址、使巴比倫投誠。

Shout against her on every side! She surrenders, her towers fall, her walls are torn down. Since this is the vengeance of the Lord, take vengeance on her; do to her as she has done to others.

Shout against them on every side! They are giving up. The towers of the city are falling. Its walls are being pulled down. The Lord is paying back its people. So pay them back yourselves. Do to them what they have done to others.

Raise a shout against her all around; she has surrendered; her bulwarks have fallen; her walls are thrown down. For this is the vengeance of the Lord: take vengeance on her; do to her as she has done.

萬有之主耶和華又曰、巴比倫城垣雖廣必毀、邑門雖高必焚、昔役列邦之民、竭力築此、後必盡燬、歸於烏有。

以其所加諸人者、即加之彼、視其所行、執施惟倍、彼以斝使人飲者、今亦倍以罰之、

先知曰、今日萬有之主耶和華降災於敵、雪其夙忿、使之被戮於鋒刃、飲血若醉、蓋萬有之主耶和華在於北方、百辣河濱、大行誅殛。

今耶和華報巴比倫、以雪宿忿、凡欲自救者、必出斯邑、庶或免罹災害。

群臣豪傑、與大闢王眾子、服所羅門王。

萬有之主耶和華、指己而誓、曰、我使敵至、若蝗眾多、號呼攻爾。

今耶和華震怒、欲滅巴比倫、為其殿宇雪忿、故慫慂米太王、以攻爾邑、爾雖礪鏃執盾、邑垣建旆、戍樓鞏固、命戍稽察、設伏防禦、終歸無益、蓋我耶和華昔言降災巴比倫、今已有應。

我在巴比倫必罰彼勒、所吞者使哇而出之、列邦不復歸巴比倫、其城垣傾覆、我使之然。

予與埃及、亞述夙有盟約、望得果腹兮。

毋強爾項、濟乃父之惡、宜從耶和華。彼之聖室、業已成潔、歷世弗替、爾當入之、役事爾之上帝耶和華、則其震怒可息。

耶和華上帝兮、維爾在昔、雪忿報仇、今也彰爾榮光也、

念茲勿忘、不矜恤人者、則被鞫時、亦必不見矜恤、惟素矜恤人者、喜以待鞫、

伸冤在我、我必報之、斯時也、其足傾跌、禍及其身、所定速至。

不識上帝、不服吾主耶穌基督福音者、以火爇而譴責之、

耶和華曰、爾巴比倫邑若山、天下黎庶、遭爾淪喪、我將舉手攻爾、推爾磛巖、焚爾峰巔、

我今所言者、藉人言耳、曰、我不義、益彰上帝之義、吾何以稱之哉、如是而上帝施刑、豈義乎、

耶和華乃上帝、有不敬者、斷不容之、不敬之人、耶和華必以為敵、憤怒奮發、加以重罰、屢怒不已。

異邦之眾、宜與斯土之民同樂、上帝之僕、其血見流、必洩厥恨、報諸仇敵、為民贖罪。○

耶和華曰、我必伸爾冤、為爾雪忿、惟彼泉源、我必涸之、

維彼異邦、受其譴責、惟其人民、咸遭撻伐兮、

撒母耳曰、爾以刃使眾人之母絶其嗣、故爾之母亦必喪其子。撒母耳在吉甲、於耶和華前、殺亞甲而剖其體。

其聲清越、爾聞之、使民號呼、城垣傾圮、民得直進。

凡我良朋、毋伸己冤、寧待主怒、記有之、主曰、伸冤在我、我必報之、

上帝耶和華之禧年、伸民冤抑、解民憂愁。

蓋救民之時伊邇、我意必伸其冤。

巴比倫人獲罪於我、凡執矢、列行伍、圍巴比倫者、射之毋惜、

曰耶和華降災於巴比倫、使彼困乏、沉而不浮、有如此書、於是耶利米之言畢矣。

於是祭司吹角、民聞之則號呼、其聲清越、城垣傾圮、民得前進、而取其城、

亞多尼庇泄遁、追而擒之、斷其手足之巨擘。亞多尼庇泄曰、昔我斷七十王手足之巨擘、使拾物於我几下、今上帝視我所行、報施於我。猶大族乃攜之至耶路撒冷、死焉。○

以仁義為護胸、以救人為兜鍪、以伸冤為衵服、以熱中為長衣。

巴比倫之邑民兮、昔爾害予、擲嬰孩於石、今有人待爾若此者、必得純嘏兮。

爾度人若何、則見度亦如是、

彼流先知聖徒之血、今主以血賜飲亦合乎宜、

我刃閃爍、我磨礪之、我秉公義、凡逆我者罰之、憾我者報之、

據繇辭、當右往耶路撒冷、發鎚破之、厥口孔張、大聲號呼、欲行殺戮、復發鎚攻門、建營築壘。

是譴責之日、記所載者應矣、

上帝鞫人、維公維正、大淫婦以淫亂誘天下、流上帝僕之血、故上帝罪之、為伸其冤、

蓋王子於立約之後、不以盟誓為重、而爽其約、故不能免難。
