Arise, get you up unto the wealthy nation, that dwelleth without care, saith the LORD, which have neither gates nor bars,[ which] dwell alone.

“起来！上去攻打那安逸无虑的国家（这是耶和华的宣告）；这国没有城门，也没有门闩；他们是独自居住的。

永恆主發神諭說，起來，上安安逸逸的國去！上居安無慮之民那裏去！他們是無門無閂、獨自住居的。

主曰、斯民安居無慮、無城門、無門楗、獨處其地、爾曹當起、往攻之、

“ Arise and attack a nation at ease, which lives in confidence,” declares the Lord,“ a nation that has neither gates nor bars; its people live far from danger.

“ Armies of Babylon, prepare for battle. Attack a nation that feels secure. Its people do not have any worries,” announces the Lord.“ That nation does not have gates or bars that lock them. Its people live far from danger.

“ Rise up, advance against a nation at ease, that dwells securely, declares the Lord, that has no gates or bars, that dwells alone.

“ Go up and attack that complacent nation,” says the Lord.“ Its people live alone in the desert without walls or gates.

Rise up, attack a nation at ease, one living in security. This is the LORD’s declaration. They have no doors, not even a gate bar; they live alone.

Arise, go up against a nation which is at ease, Which lives securely,” declares the Lord.“ It has no gates or bars; They dwell alone.

“ Arise, go up to the wealthy nation that dwells securely,” says the Lord,“ Which has neither gates nor bars, Dwelling alone.

Arise, get you up unto a nation that is at ease, that dwelleth without care, saith Jehovah; that have neither gates nor bars, that dwell alone.

Rise up, go up against a nation at ease, one living in security. This is the Lord’s declaration. They have no doors, not even a gate bar; they live alone.

The LORD says,“ Army of Babylon, go and attack a nation that lives in peace and security. They have no gates or walls to protect them. They live all alone.

Arise! Go up to a nation that is at ease, that dwells without care,” says Yahweh;“ that has neither gates nor bars, that dwells alone.

And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I behold him: lo, the people shall dwell alone, and shall not be reckoned among the nations.

Israel then shall dwell in safety alone: the fountain of Jacob[ shall be] upon a land of corn and wine; also his heavens shall drop down dew.

Therefore hear now this,[ thou that art] given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I[ am], and none else beside me; I shall not sit[ as] a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:

Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily[ in] the wood, in the midst of Carmel: let them feed[ in] Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old.

Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those that are at ease,[ and] with the contempt of the proud.

Moab hath been at ease from his youth, and he hath settled on his lees, and hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither hath he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remained in him, and his scent is not changed.

In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh.

And they took[ the things] which Micah had made, and the priest which he had, and came unto Laish, unto a people[ that were] at quiet and secure: and they smote them with the edge of the sword, and burnt the city with fire.And[ there was] no deliverer, because it[ was] far from Zidon, and they had no business with[ any] man; and it was in the valley that[ lieth] by Bethrehob. And they built a city, and dwelt therein.

Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird[ sackcloth] upon[ your] loins.

Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.

Then the five men departed, and came to Laish, and saw the people that[ were] therein, how they dwelt careless, after the manner of the Zidonians, quiet and secure; and[ there was] no magistrate in the land, that might put[ them] to shame in[ any] thing; and they[ were] far from the Zidonians, and had no business with[ any] man.And they came unto their brethren to Zorah and Eshtaol: and their brethren said unto them, What[ say] ye?And they said, Arise, that we may go up against them: for we have seen the land, and, behold, it[ is] very good: and[ are] ye still? be not slothful to go,[ and] to enter to possess the land.When ye go, ye shall come unto a people secure, and to a large land: for God hath given it into your hands; a place where[ there is] no want of any thing that[ is] in the earth.

And I will send a fire on Magog, and among them that dwell carelessly in the isles: and they shall know that I[ am] the LORD.

Thus saith the LORD; Though[ they be] quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.

This[ is] the rejoicing city that dwelt carelessly, that said in her heart, I[ am], and[ there is] none beside me: how is she become a desolation, a place for beasts to lie down in! every one that passeth by her shall hiss,[ and] wag his hand.
