Put salt on Moab, for she will be laid waste; her towns will become desolate, with no one to live in them.

Sprinkle salt all over Moab. It will be completely destroyed. Its towns will be a dry and empty desert. No one will live in them.

“ Give wings to Moab, for she would fly away; her cities shall become a desolation, with no inhabitant in them.

住在埃及的民哪，要预备掳去时所用的物件；因为挪弗必成为荒场，且被烧毁，无人居住。

于是有大鹰的两个翅膀赐给妇人，叫她能飞到旷野，到自己的地方，躲避那蛇；她在那里被养活一载二载半载。

万军之耶和华以色列的神说：“我指着我的永生起誓：摩押必像所多玛，亚扪人必像蛾摩拉，都变为刺草、盐坑、永远荒废之地。我百姓所剩下的必掳掠他们；我国中所余剩的必得着他们的地。”

我说：“但愿我有翅膀像鸽子，我就飞去，得享安息。
