我的心为摩押悲鸣，好像凄凉的箫声；我的心为吉珥·哈列设人悲鸣，他们的一切财富都消失了。

“因此，我的心为摩押呜咽，好像人用笛吹挽歌；我的心为吉珥．哈列设人呜咽，好像人用笛吹挽歌；因为他们所得的财宝都失掉了。

我心為摩押而鳴、若笛發音、為基珥哈列設人而鳴、若簫奏響、因其所獲之豐裕已亡也、

先知曰、摩押與吉哈喇泄貨財既亡、我心戚戚、若簫聲之哀慘、

故我心為摩押人悲戚、若簫簫或作笛下同聲之哀慘、我心為基珥哈列斯人悲戚、若簫聲之哀慘、因彼所獲之貨財、盡已亡矣、

“ So my heart laments for Moab like the music of a pipe; it laments like a pipe for the people of Kir Hareseth. The wealth they acquired is gone.

“ Like a flute my heart sings a song of sadness for Moab. It sings like a flute for the people of Kir Hareseth. The wealth they had acquired is gone.

Therefore my heart moans for Moab like a flute, and my heart moans like a flute for the men of Kir-hareseth. Therefore the riches they gained have perished.

My heart moans like a flute for Moab and Kir hareseth, for all their wealth has disappeared.

Therefore, my heart moans like flutes for Moab, and my heart moans like flutes for the people of Kir-heres. And therefore, the wealth he has gained has perished.

“ Therefore My heart makes a sound like flutes for Moab; My heart also makes a sound like flutes for the men of Kir heres. Therefore they have lost the abundance it produced.

Therefore My heart shall wail like flutes for Moab, And like flutes My heart shall wail For the men of Kir Heres. Therefore the riches they have acquired have perished.

Therefore my heart soundeth for Moab like pipes, and my heart soundeth like pipes for the men of Kir- heres: therefore the abundance that he hath gotten is perished.

Therefore, My heart moans like flutes for Moab, and My heart moans like flutes for the people of Kir-heres. And therefore, the wealth he has gained has perished.

Therefore mine heart shall sound for Moab like pipes, and mine heart shall sound like pipes for the men of Kirheres: because the riches[ that] he hath gotten are perished.

So my heart moans for Moab like a flute playing a funeral song. Yes, like a flute playing a funeral song, my heart moans for the people of Kir Heres. For the wealth they have gained will perish.

Therefore my heart sounds for Moab like pipes, and my heart sounds like pipes for the men of Kir Heres. Therefore the abundance that he has gotten has perished.

因此，他們把所賺得的和所積蓄的財富，都運過柳樹溪。

因此，我的心腸為摩押哀鳴如琴瑟哀鳴；我的肺腑也為吉珥-哈列塞哀哭。

我的心為摩押哀鳴，它的逃亡者遠至瑣珥和伊基拉-施利施亞；他們哭泣著上魯希斜坡，在何羅念的路上因敗亡而發出哀聲。

求你從天上垂看，從你聖潔、榮耀的崇高居所觀看！你的熱心和你的大能在哪裡呢？你內心的激情和你的憐憫向我們止住了。

好人使子子孫孫得繼業；罪人的財富，卻為義人留存。

你們的財富腐爛了；你們的衣服被蟲蛀了；你們的金銀也生鏽了，這鏽將成為控告你們的見證，又要像火那樣吃你們的肉。在這末後的日子裡，你們竟然積蓄財富！

「可是神對他說：『你這愚妄的人哪！今夜，他們就要召回你的靈魂了。那麼，你所預備的要歸誰呢？』「那為自己積蓄財富而在神面前不富足的人，也是這樣。」

富人的財物，是他堅固的城，在他幻想中，如高高的城牆。

在盛怒的日子裡財物沒有益處；唯有公義解救人脫離死亡。

我看到在日光之下有一件令人痛心的悲苦之事：財主所積存的財富導致了他的悲苦，那財富也在悲苦的事中消亡了；所以當他生兒子的時候，自己的手中卻一無所有。
