Therefore I wail over Moab, for all Moab I cry out, I moan for the people of Kir Hareseth.

So I weep over Moab. I cry for all Moab’s people. I groan for the people of Kir Hareseth.

So now I wail for Moab; yes, I will mourn for Moab. My heart is broken for the men of Kir hareseth.

Therefore, I will wail over Moab. I will cry out for Moab, all of it; he will moan for the men of Kir-heres.

Therefore I will wail for Moab, For all of Moab I will cry out; I will moan for the men of Kir heres.

Therefore I will wail for Moab, And I will cry out for all Moab; I will mourn for the men of Kir Heres.

Therefore will I wail for Moab; yea, I will cry out for all Moab: for the men of Kir- heres shall they mourn.

Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab;[ mine heart] shall mourn for the men of Kirheres.

So I will weep with sorrow for Moab. I will cry out in sadness for all of Moab. I will moan for the people of Kir Heres.

Therefore I will wail for Moab. Yes, I will cry out for all Moab. They will mourn for the men of Kir Heres.

My heart cries out for Moab; her fugitives flee to Zoar, to Eglath-shelishiyah. For at the ascent of Luhith they go up weeping; on the road to Horonaim they raise a cry of destruction;

And they overthrew the cities, and on every good piece of land every man threw a stone until it was covered. They stopped every spring of water and felled all the good trees, till only its stones were left in Kir-hareseth, and the slingers surrounded and attacked it.

Therefore my heart moans for Moab like a flute, and my heart moans like a flute for the men of Kir-hareseth. Therefore the riches they gained have perished.

Therefore let Moab wail for Moab, let everyone wail. Mourn, utterly stricken, for the raisin cakes of Kir-hareseth.For the fields of Heshbon languish, and the vine of Sibmah; the lords of the nations have struck down its branches, which reached to Jazer and strayed to the desert; its shoots spread abroad and passed over the sea.Therefore I weep with the weeping of Jazer for the vine of Sibmah; I drench you with my tears, O Heshbon and Elealeh; for over your summer fruit and your harvest the shout has ceased.And joy and gladness are taken away from the fruitful field, and in the vineyards no songs are sung, no cheers are raised; no treader treads out wine in the presses; I have put an end to the shouting.Therefore my inner parts moan like a lyre for Moab, and my inmost self for Kir-hareseth.
