仇敌说：‘我要追赶，我要追上，我要均分掳物；我要在他们身上得到满足；我要拔出刀来，亲手赶绝他们。’你用风一吹，海就把他们淹没，他们就像铅一样沉在大水之中。

你藉着你的臣仆辱骂主；你又说：我率领我众多的战车上了群山的高峰，到了黎巴嫩极深之处。我砍伐其中高大的香柏树和佳美的松树；我去到极高之处，进入肥田般的树林。我挖井和喝水；我用我的脚掌踏干埃及的河流。’耶和华说：‘难道你没有听见古时我所安排，往昔所计划的吗？现在我才使它成就，使坚固的城镇荒废，变作乱堆。

“人子啊！你要为埃及王法老作一首哀歌，对他说：‘你像列国中的少壮狮子，又像海中的海怪，你在河中翻腾，用你的爪搅动河水，使江河浑浊。

你要说：‘主耶和华这样说：埃及王法老啊！我要与你为敌，你这卧在自己河中的大海怪，你曾经说过：“这河是我的，是我自己造的。”
