當告埃及人、播揚斯言於蜜奪、挪弗、答比匿、云、當預為備、屹立不動、四周之民、亡於鋒刃。

當宣告於伊及、播揚於密奪、密奪又作密革奪傳示於挪弗、答比匿云、當為備屹立、因爾之四周、有鋒刃殺戮、

“ Announce this in Egypt, and proclaim it in Migdol; proclaim it also in Memphis and Tahpanhes:‘ Take your positions and get ready, for the sword devours those around you.’

“ Egyptians, here is what I want you to announce in your land. Announce it in the city of Migdol. Also announce it in Memphis and Tahpanhes. Say,‘ Take up your battle positions! Get ready! The sword eats up those around you.’

“ Declare in Egypt, and proclaim in Migdol; proclaim in Memphis and Tahpanhes; say,‘ Stand ready and be prepared, for the sword shall devour around you.’

“ Shout it out in Egypt! Publish it in the cities of Migdol, Memphis, and Tahpanhes! Mobilize for battle, for the sword will devour everyone around you.

那日是主万军之耶和华报仇的日子，要向敌人报仇。刀剑必吞吃得饱，饮血饮足；因为主万军之耶和华在北方幼发拉底河边有献祭的事。

有临到耶利米的话，论及一切住在埃及地的犹大人，就是住在密夺、答比匿、挪弗、巴忒罗境内的犹大人，说：

若不听从，反倒悖逆，必被刀剑吞灭。”这是耶和华亲口说的。

你们要预备大小盾牌，往前上阵。你们套上车，骑上马！顶盔站立，磨枪贯甲！

在答比匿，耶和华的话临到耶利米说：“你在犹大人眼前要用手拿几块大石头，藏在砌砖的灰泥中，就是在答比匿法老的宫门那里，

万军之耶和华说：“我与你为敌，必将你的车辆焚烧成烟，刀剑也必吞灭你的少壮狮子。我必从地上除灭你所撕碎的，你使者的声音必不再听见。”

我责打你们的儿女是徒然的，他们不受惩治。你们自己的刀吞灭你们的先知，好像残害的狮子。

当在万民中宣告说：要预备打仗；激动勇士，使一切战士上前来。要将犁头打成刀剑，将镰刀打成戈矛；软弱的要说：我有勇力。四围的列国啊，你们要速速地来，一同聚集。耶和华啊，求你使你的大能者降临。“万民都当兴起，上到约沙法谷；因为我必坐在那里，审判四围的列国。

便雅悯人哪，你们要逃出耶路撒冷，在提哥亚吹角，在伯哈基琳立号旗；因为有灾祸与大毁灭从北方张望。那秀美娇嫩的锡安女子，我必剪除。牧人必引他们的羊群到她那里，在她周围支搭帐棚，各在自己所占之地使羊吃草。你们要准备攻击她。起来吧，我们可以趁午时上去。哀哉！日已渐斜，晚影拖长了。起来吧，我们夜间上去，毁坏她的宫殿。

押尼珥呼叫约押说：“刀剑岂可永远杀人吗？你岂不知终久必有苦楚吗？你要等何时才叫百姓回去、不追赶弟兄呢？”

耶和华的刀满了血，用脂油和羊羔、公山羊的血，并公绵羊腰子的脂油滋润的；因为耶和华在波斯拉有献祭的事，在以东地大行杀戮。

我必在埃及中使火着起；训必大大痛苦；挪必被攻破；挪弗白日见仇敌。亚文和比伯实的少年人必倒在刀下；这些城的人必被掳掠。我在答比匿折断埃及的诸轭，使她因势力而有的骄傲在其中止息。那时，日光必退去；至于这城，必有密云遮蔽，其中的女子必被掳掠。

“你吩咐以色列人转回，安营在比哈希录前，密夺和海的中间，对着巴力洗分，靠近海边安营。

灭命的都来到旷野中一切净光的高处；耶和华的刀从地这边直到地那边尽行杀灭。凡有血气的都不得平安。

亚述人必倒在刀下，并非人的刀；有刀要将他吞灭，并非人的刀。他必逃避这刀；他的少年人必成为服苦的。
