The nations will hear of your shame; your cries will fill the earth. One warrior will stumble over another; both will fall down together.”

你岂比挪亚们强呢？挪亚们坐落在众河之间，周围有水；海作她的濠沟，又作她的城墙。古实和埃及是她无穷的力量；弗人和路比族是她的帮手。但她被迁移，被掳去；她的婴孩在各市口上也被摔死。人为她的尊贵人拈阄；她所有的大人都被链子锁着。

“犹大悲哀，城门衰败。众人披上黑衣坐在地上；耶路撒冷的哀声上达。

不要容快跑的逃避；不要容勇士逃脱；他们在北方幼发拉底河边绊跌仆倒。

我必激动埃及人攻击埃及人，弟兄攻击弟兄，邻舍攻击邻舍；这城攻击那城，这国攻击那国。

“希实本人发的哀声达到以利亚利，直达到雅杂；从琐珥达到何罗念，直到伊基拉施利施亚，因为宁林的水必然干涸。”

“我使你败亡的风声传到你所不认识的各国。那时，我必使多民的心因你愁烦。我在许多国民和君王面前向你抡我的刀，国民就必因你惊奇，君王也必因你极其恐慌。在你仆倒的日子，他们各人为自己的性命时刻战兢。”主耶和华如此说：“巴比伦王的刀必临到你。我必藉勇士的刀使你的众民仆倒；这勇士都是列国中强暴的。他们必使埃及的骄傲归于无有；埃及的众民必被灭绝。

耶和华说：“当那日，从鱼门必发出悲哀的声音，从二城发出哀号的声音，从山间发出大破裂的响声。

他们只得屈身在被掳的人以下，仆倒在被杀的人以下。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。

未曾死的人都生了痔疮。合城呼号，声音上达于天。

有哀号的声音从巴比伦出来；有大毁灭的响声从迦勒底人之地发出。

我心为摩押悲哀；他的贵胄逃到琐珥，到伊基拉施利施亚。他们上鲁希坡，随走随哭；在何罗念的路上，因毁灭举起哀声。因为宁林的水成为干涸，青草枯干，嫩草灭没，青绿之物，一无所有。因此，摩押人所得的财物和所积蓄的都要运过柳树河。哀声遍闻摩押的四境；哀号的声音达到以基莲；哀号的声音达到比珥以琳。

因他们仆倒的声音，地就震动。人在红海那里必听见呼喊的声音。
