那日是主萬軍之永恆主的日子，是伸冤的日子——向他的敵人伸的冤；他的刀劍必吞喫得飽，喝血喝得滿足；因為主萬軍之永恆主有宰祭的事，就在北方之地，伯拉河邊。

那日是主万军之耶和华报仇的日子，要向敌人报仇。刀剑必吞吃得饱，饮血饮足；因为主万军之耶和华在北方幼发拉底河边有献祭的事。

But that day belongs to the Lord, the Lord Almighty— a day of vengeance, for vengeance on his foes. The sword will devour till it is satisfied, till it has quenched its thirst with blood. For the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will offer sacrifice in the land of the north by the River Euphrates.

But that day belongs to me. I am the Lord who rules over all. It is a day for me to pay back my enemies. My sword will eat until it is satisfied. That day is the day of the Lord God of hosts, a day of vengeance, to avenge himself on his foes. The sword shall devour and be sated and drink its fill of their blood. For the Lord God of hosts holds a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.

For this is the day of the Lord, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, a day of vengeance on his enemies. The sword will devour until it is satisfied, yes, until it is drunk with your blood! 有禍啊那日！因為永恆主的日子臨近了，就像毁滅出於毁滅者。

我看見有一位天使站在日頭中、向天頂點上一切飛着的鳥大聲喊着說：『你們來，聚集來赴上帝的大筵席，好喫君王的肉、千夫長的肉、壯士的肉、馬和騎馬者的肉、自主的為奴的、小的大的、眾人的肉。』我看見那獸和地上的君王跟他們的眾軍、都聚集了來、要對那騎馬的和他的軍隊作戰。那獸被逮，那假神言人、就是那在獸面前行過神迹、用神迹迷惑了受獸印記和拜獸像的人的、也和獸一同被逮；這兩個活活地丟在那有硫磺燒着的火湖裏。其餘的被騎馬者口中吐出的劍殺了；眾鳥都喫飽了他們的肉。

永恆主的大日子臨近了，臨近而來得極快；永恆主的日子比奔跑的人輕快，比勇士迅速。那日是永恆主震怒的日子，是急難窘迫的日子，是荒廢淒涼的日子，是黑暗墨黑的日子，是密雲暗霧的日子，

你要在主永恆主面前屏息肅靜，因為永恆主的日子臨近了，因為永恆主已經豫備了祭物，將他請的客人分別為聖。當我永恆主宰祭的日子、『我必察罰首領和王子，以及一切穿着外族服裝的人。

在錫安吹號角哦！在我的聖山大聲吹哦！讓國中的居民都戰抖哦，因為永恆主的日子快到了，已經臨近了。

因為替人伸冤的日子已在我心中，我贖回我人民的年頭已來到。

宣告永恆主悅納人的年頭，我們的上帝替人伸冤的日子，來安慰一切悲哀的人，

『人子啊，主永恆主這麼說：你要對各種羽族的鳥、對田野的各走獸、說：「你們集合來吧！要從四圍聚集來赴我的祭筵，我為你們宰備的大祭筵，擺在以色列眾山上，你們好喫肉喝血。你們可以喫勇士的肉，喝地上首領的血；就如喫公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛的肉；都是巴珊的肥畜。從我的祭筵、我為你們宰備的祭筵、你們可以喫脂肪喫到飽飫，喝血喝到醉。你們可以在我席上喫馬匹和拉戰車的獸、喫勇士和一切戰士的肉，喫到飽飫；這是主永恆主發神諭說的。『我必彰顯我的榮耀在列國中，萬國就必看到我的判罰、我所施行的判罰；他們必看到我懲罰的手、就是我所加於他們身上的。

因為那些日子是報應的日子，使所記載的都得應驗。

因為我的刀已喝足於天上了；看吧，這刀就要下到以東身上、到我所命定毁滅歸神的族民上，以施判罰了。永恆主有刀，漬滿了血，由脂肪而肥潤的，由小綿羊和公山羊的血，公綿羊腰子的脂肪而滋肥的因為永恆主在波斯拉有宰祭的事，在以東地有大屠殺。野牛和牠們一同下屠場，公牛同大力牛也下去。他們的地喝足了血，他們的塵土由脂肪而肥潤。因為永恆主有伸冤的日子，為了錫安的案件有報應的年日。

『你們要從巴比倫中間逃跑，各人各自逃命！不要消滅死寂於她的罪罰中，因為這是永恆主報復的時候，是他向巴比倫施的報應。

你們要四圍吶喊攻擊她；她已授手投降了；她的外郭倒壞了；她的城牆翻毁了；因為這是永恆主報復的事：你們要向巴比倫報復：她怎樣待人，你們也要怎樣待她。
