是為萬軍之主耶和華之日、乃復仇之日、彼必復仇於敵、使刃食人而飽、飲血而足、緣萬軍之主耶和華、在北方伯拉河濱、有祀事焉、

先知曰、今日萬有之主耶和華降災於敵、雪其夙忿、使之被戮於鋒刃、飲血若醉、蓋萬有之主耶和華在於北方、百辣河濱、大行誅殛。

此日也、乃主萬有之天主復仇之日、復仇於敵、使刃食而得飽、飲血若醉、蓋主萬有之天主、在北方伯拉河濱、大行誅戮、

But that day belongs to the Lord, the Lord Almighty— a day of vengeance, for vengeance on his foes. The sword will devour till it is satisfied, till it has quenched its thirst with blood. For the Lord, the Lord Almighty, will offer sacrifice in the land of the north by the River Euphrates.

But that day belongs to me. I am the Lord who rules over all. It is a day for me to pay back my enemies. My sword will eat until it is satisfied. It will drink until it is not thirsty for blood anymore. I am the Lord. I am the Lord who rules over all. I will offer a sacrifice. I will offer it in the land of the north by the Euphrates River.

That day is the day of the Lord God of hosts, a day of vengeance, to avenge himself on his foes. The sword shall devour and be sated and drink its fill of their blood. For the Lord God of hosts holds a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.

For this is the day of the Lord, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, a day of vengeance on his enemies. The sword will devour until it is satisfied, yes, until it is drunk with your blood! The Lord, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, will receive a sacrifice today in the north country beside the Euphrates River.

哀哉那日！因為耶和華的日子臨近了；那日來到，好像毀滅從全能者臨到一樣。

“快跑的跑不掉，勇士也不能逃脫；他們在北方、在幼發拉底河邊，都絆跌仆倒。

哀號吧！因為耶和華的日子近了，這日子來到，好像毀滅從全能者那裡來到一樣。

埃及王不再從本國出征，因為巴比倫王佔據了所有從前屬於埃及王的領土，從埃及小河直到幼發拉底河。

我又看見一位天使站在太陽中，向高空所有的飛鳥大聲呼喊說：“你們來吧！齊集起來赴神的大筵席！可以吃君王的肉、將領的肉、壯士的肉，馬和騎士的肉，以及自由的、作奴隸的、大的、小的，所有人的肉。”我看見那獸和地上的眾王，以及他們的眾軍，都集合起來，要跟那騎白馬的和他的眾軍作戰。那獸被捉住了；連同在獸面前用奇事迷惑人，使他們接受獸的記號，並且拜獸像的那假先知，也一起被捉住了。他們兩個就活活地被拋在燒著硫磺的火湖裡去。其餘的人都被那位騎白馬的口中所吐出來的劍殺了。所有飛鳥都吃飽了他們的肉。

耶和華的大日子臨近了，臨近了，來得非常快速。聽！耶和華的日子的聲音。在那日，勇士要哀痛地號叫。那日是忿怒的日子，是困苦艱難的日子，是荒廢淒涼的日子，是黑暗幽冥的日子，是密雲漆黑的日子，

你要在主耶和華面前肅靜！因為耶和華的日子臨近了，因為耶和華已經預備了祭物，把自己所請來的人分別為聖。“到了我耶和華獻祭的日子，我必懲罰首領和王子，懲罰所有穿外族衣服的人。

你們要在錫安吹號，並在我的聖山發出警訊，讓國中所有的居民都戰慄，因為耶和華的日子快到，必然臨近了。

因為報仇的日子早已在我的心裡，我救贖的年日早已經來到。

宣告耶和華悅納人的禧年，和我們的神報仇的日子；安慰悲哀的人，

“人子啊！主耶和華這樣說：你要對各類的飛鳥和田野的走獸說：‘你們集合起來，從四圍聚集來吃我為你們所預備的祭肉。以色列眾山上要獻大祭，好叫你們吃肉喝血。你們要吃勇士的肉，喝那地眾領袖的血，就如吃公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊和公牛，全部都是巴珊的肥畜。你們吃我為你們所預備的祭，必吃飽脂油，喝醉了血。你們必在我的筵席上吃飽馬匹、騎兵、勇士和所有的戰士。這是主耶和華的宣告。’“我必在列國中彰顯我的榮耀，萬邦必看見我施行的審判，和我加在他們身上的手。

因為這是報仇的日子，使經上的一切話都得應驗。

因為我的刀在天上已經喝足了，看哪！它要落在以東，以及我決定要滅絕的民身上，為要施行審判。耶和華的刀染滿了血，這刀因脂肪、羊羔和公山羊的血，以及公綿羊腰子的脂肪而滋潤，因為耶和華在波斯拉有殺牲獻祭的事，在以東地有大屠殺。野牛、牛犢與壯牛要與他們一同倒下，他們的地喝足了血，他們的塵土因脂肪而肥潤。因為耶和華有報仇的日子，為錫安的案件，必有報應之年。

你仍要從巴比倫境內逃出來，各自逃命！不要因它的罪孽滅亡；因為這是耶和華報復的時候，他必向巴比倫施行應得的報應。

你們要在它的四周吶喊攻擊它；它投降了，它城牆的支柱倒塌了，它的城牆拆毀了。因為這是耶和華的報復；你們要向巴比倫報復，它怎樣待人，你們也要怎樣待它。
