Those who escape the sword and return to the land of Judah from Egypt will be very few. Then the whole remnant of Judah who came to live in Egypt will know whose word will stand— mine or theirs.

Some will not be killed. They will return to Judah from Egypt. But they will be very few. Then all the people of Judah who came to live in Egypt will know the truth. They will know whether what I say or what they say will come true.

And those who escape the sword shall return from the land of Egypt to the land of Judah, few in number; and all the remnant of Judah, who came to the land of Egypt to live, shall know whose word will stand, mine or theirs.

Only a small number will escape death and return to Judah from Egypt. Then all those who came to Egypt will find out whose words are true— mine or theirs!

他林中剩下的树，数目必定稀少，连小孩子也能把它们的数目写下来。

万军之耶和华以色列的神这样说：‘你们和你们的妻子亲口说过：我们一定要实行我们的愿，向天后烧香，浇奠祭。你们果然亲手作了。现在你们只管持定你们所许的愿，只管实行你们的誓言吧！’但所有住在埃及地的犹大人哪，你们要听耶和华的话！耶和华说：‘看哪！我指着我伟大的名起誓：在埃及全地每一个犹大人的口中，再不会呼唤我的名，说：我指着永活的主耶和华起誓。

然而我吩咐我的仆人众先知的话与条例，不是已报应在你们的列祖身上吗？所以他们就回转，说：万军之耶和华定意按着我们所作所行的对付我们，他已经这样行了。’”

我从起初就宣告末后的事，从古时就述说还未作成的事，说：‘我的计划必定成功，我所喜悦的，我都必作成。’我把鸷鸟从日出之地召来，就是把成就我计划的人从远方召来。我不但说了，而且也要使我的话实现；我不但计划好了，而且也必实行。

耶和华的谋略永远立定，他心中的计划万代长存。

到那日，耶和华要从幼发拉底的溪流，直到埃及小河，收集他的谷物；以色列人哪！你们必一个一个被捡拾回来。到那日，必有大号角吹响，那些在亚述地快要灭亡的，以及那些被赶散在埃及地的，都要前来，在耶路撒冷的圣山上敬拜耶和华。

万军之耶和华起了誓，说：“我怎样想，事就怎样成就；我怎样计划，事就怎样立定，就是在我的地上粉碎亚述人，在我的山上践踏他；他所加的轭必离开以色列人，他所加的重担必离开以色列人的肩头。”这就是对全地所定的旨意，就是向列国伸出的手。因为万军之耶和华决定的事，谁能阻拦呢？他的手伸了出来，谁能使他收回呢？

天地都要过去，但我的话决不会废去。

“你奉耶和华的名对我们所说的话，我们不听从。我们口中说过的一切话，我们一定去作，我们要向天后烧香，浇奠祭，好像我们自己和我们的列祖，以及我们的君王和领袖，在犹大的各城和耶路撒冷的街上所行的一样。那时我们吃得饱，得享福乐，不见灾祸。

以色列啊！你的人民虽然像海沙那样多，却只有余剩的人可以归回，因为灭绝的事已经定了，公义必如洪水泛滥。

除非主命定，谁能说成，就成了呢？或祸或福，不都是出于至高者的口吗？

摩西说：“你们为什么又违背耶和华的命令呢？这事必不能成功。

你要对他们说：‘耶和华说，我指着我的永生起誓，我必照着你们所说给我听的，对待你们：你们的尸体必倒在这旷野；你们中间被数点过的，就是按着你们的数目，从二十岁及以上，向我发过怨言的，

所以主耶和华这样说：“看哪！我在锡安放置一块石头，是试验过的石头，是稳固的基石，宝贵的房角石；信靠的人，必不着急。我要以公平为准绳，以公义为线铊；冰雹必把谎言的遮蔽冲去，大水必漫过庇护所。”你们与死亡所立的约要废除，你们与阴间所结的盟必立不住；刑罚的鞭子扫过的时候，你们就必被践踏。

“‘我要在这地方惩罚你们，这是给你们的征兆，好使你们知道我说要降祸给你们的话，一定实现。’这是耶和华的宣告。
