Do not be afraid of the king of Babylon, whom you now fear. Do not be afraid of him, declares the Lord, for I am with you and will save you and deliver you from his hands.

強乃志、壯乃心、亞述王率軍旅以來、毋懼、蓋助我者、較助彼者眾、助彼者人之股肱、助我戰者上帝耶和華也、民信猶大王希西家言。○

爾勿畏葸、我左右爾、使爾自東自西、咸來和會、

我左右爾、雖涉江河、不致沉淪、雖經烈燄、不致焚燬。

彼雖敵爾、必不能勝、蓋我耶和華左右爾、拯救爾。

我豈不曰、強爾志、壯爾心、切勿恐懼、不論所往、爾上帝耶和華佑爾。○

我乃爾之上帝、必左右爾、扶翼爾、手援爾、以彰仁義、故勿畏葸、勿狐疑、

我左右爾、拯救爾、可勿畏人。

蓋爾上帝耶和華佑爾、為爾攻敵、以拯爾曹。

莫叛耶和華、莫畏斯土之民、我得耶和華庇佑、彼無所扞衛、必為我並吞、故勿危懼、

萬有之主雅各之上帝耶和華、祐予衛予兮。

惟主左右我、剛健我、使我足傳道、俾異邦人聞之、我得救出於獅口、

昔我佑摩西、今亦佑爾、不汝遐棄、俾爾畢生、無人能禦。

蓋尼大尼子以實馬利、既殺亞希甘子其大利、巴比倫王所立為方伯者、故約哈難及僕從、畏迦勒底人、逃之他方。

耶和華又曰、我使爾在民間、若金城之鞏固彼雖攻爾、必不能勝、蓋我左右爾、

萬有之主、雅各之上帝耶和華、祐予衛予兮。

耶利米以斯言奏猶大王西底家云、汝當歸誠巴比倫之君民、負軛服事、則可得生。

泛濫猶大國、幾將滅頂、左翼右翼之兵、遍於以馬內利四境。故我告眾曰、遠邦之人、宜聽我言、爾雖震怒、戎服備戰、必見傷殘、終歸糜爛、所謀不成、所命不立、蓋上帝實左右我、

我佑爾、無人擊爾困爾、我有多民在此邑、

教之守我所命爾者、且我常偕爾、至世末焉、

殺身而不能殺魂者、勿懼、惟能殺身及魂於地獄者、甚可懼也、

武士之長、億兆之民、自尊逮卑、皆畏迦勒底人、故往埃及。○
