侍衛長召耶利米、謂之曰、爾上帝耶和華、曾言降災於斯土、

侍衛長告耶利米曰、昔爾曹負罪、干犯耶和華、不遵其命、爾之上帝耶和華言、必降災於斯土、今一如其言、爾曹遇難其驗也。

侍衛長召耶利米告之曰、主爾之天主、曾言降災於斯地、

When the commander of the guard found Jeremiah, he said to him,“ The Lord your God decreed this disaster for this place.

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah and said to him,“ The Lord your God pronounced this disaster against this place.

The captain of the guard called for Jeremiah and said,“ The Lord your God has brought this disaster on this land,

The captain of the guards took Jeremiah and said to him,“ The LORD your God decreed this disaster on this place,

Now the captain of the bodyguard had taken Jeremiah and said to him,“ The Lord your God promised this disaster against this place;

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah and said to him:“ The Lord your God has pronounced this doom on this place.

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, Jehovah thy God pronounced this evil upon this place;

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah and said to him,“ The Lord your God decreed this disaster on this place,

And the captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said unto him, The LORD thy God hath pronounced this evil upon this place.

The captain of the royal guard took Jeremiah aside and said to him,“ The LORD your God threatened this place with this disaster.

The captain of the guard took Jeremiah, and said to him,“ Yahweh your God pronounced this evil on this place;

所看見的人，連萬國人，都必問說：『耶和華為何向此地這樣行呢？這樣大發烈怒是甚麼意思呢？』人必回答說：『是因這地的人離棄了耶和華－他們列祖的神，領他們出埃及地的時候與他們所立的約，去事奉敬拜素不認識的別神，是耶和華所未曾給他們安排的。所以耶和華的怒氣向這地發作，將這書上所寫的一切咒詛都降在這地上。耶和華在怒氣、忿怒、大惱恨中將他們從本地拔出來，扔在別的地上，像今日一樣。』 (cunpt)

「許多國的民要經過這城，各人對鄰舍說：『耶和華為何向這大城如此行呢？』他們必回答說：『是因離棄了耶和華－他們神的約，事奉敬拜別神。』」 (cunpt)

我就必將以色列人從我賜給他們的地上拔出根來，並且我為己名所分別為聖的殿也必捨棄不顧，使他在萬民中作笑談，被譏誚。這殿雖然甚高，將來經過的人必驚訝說：『耶和華為何向這地和這殿如此行呢？』人必回答說：『是因此地的人離棄耶和華－他們列祖的神，就是領他們出埃及地的神，去親近別神，敬拜事奉他，所以耶和華使這一切災禍臨到他們。』」 (cunpt)

這殿雖然甚高，將來經過的人必驚訝、嗤笑，說：『耶和華為何向這地和這殿如此行呢？』人必回答說：『是因此地的人離棄領他們列祖出埃及地之耶和華－他們的神，去親近別神，事奉敬拜他，所以耶和華使這一切災禍臨到他們。』」 (cunpt)

凡過路的都向你拍掌。他們向耶路撒冷城嗤笑，搖頭，說：難道人所稱為全美的，稱為全地所喜悅的，就是這城嗎？你的仇敵都向你大大張口；他們嗤笑，又切齒說：我們吞滅她。這真是我們所盼望的日子臨到了！我們親眼看見了！耶和華成就了他所定的，應驗了他古時所命定的。他傾覆了，並不顧惜，使你的仇敵向你誇耀；使你敵人的角也被高舉。 (cunpt)
