主曰、當是時王與侯伯喪膽、祭司恐惶、先知驚駭、

耶和华说：“到那时，君王和首领的心都要消灭；祭司都要惊奇，先知都要诧异。”

“到那日，君王和首领的勇气消失，祭司也要惊惶，先知都必诧异。”这是耶和华的宣告。

『永恆主發神諭說：當那日子君王和首領的心都必消失；祭司都必驚駭，神言人都必詫異。』

耶和華曰、是日君王牧伯、厥心沮喪、祭司驚奇、先知駭異、

耶和華又曰、當是時、國王牧伯喪膽、祭司先知駭愕。

“ In that day,” declares the Lord,“ the king and the officials will lose heart, the priests will be horrified, and the prophets will be appalled.”

“ A dark day is coming,” announces the Lord.“ The king and his officials will lose hope. The priests will be shocked. And the prophets will be terrified.”

“ In that day, declares the Lord, courage shall fail both king and officials. The priests shall be appalled and the prophets astounded.”

“ In that day,” says the Lord,“ the king and the officials will tremble in fear. The priests will be struck with horror, and the prophets will be appalled.”

“ On that day”— this is the LORD’s declaration—“ the king and the officials will lose their courage. The priests will tremble in fear, and the prophets will be scared speechless.”

“ And it shall come about on that day,” declares the Lord,“ that the heart of the king and the hearts of the leaders will fail; and the priests will tremble, and the prophets will be astonished.”

“ And it shall come to pass in that day,” says the Lord,“ That the heart of the king shall perish, And the heart of the princes; The priests shall be astonished, And the prophets shall wonder.”

And it shall come to pass at that day, saith Jehovah, that the heart of the king shall perish, and the heart of the princes; and the priests shall be astonished, and the prophets shall wonder.

“ On that day”— this is the Lord’s declaration—“ the king and the officials will lose their courage. The priests will tremble in fear, and the prophets will be scared speechless.”

And it shall come to pass at that day, saith the LORD,[ that] the heart of the king shall perish, and the heart of the princes; and the priests shall be astonished, and the prophets shall wonder.

“ When this happens,” says the LORD,“ the king and his officials will lose their courage. The priests will be struck with horror, and the prophets will be speechless in astonishment.”

爾之群伯群伯或作將帥遁逃、咸為執弓者所縛、爾中所有之民、或被束縛、或往遠方逃遁、是故我曰、爾曹由我、容我悲哀痛哭、我民見敗、爾曹可免慰藉我、蓋將有日、主萬有之天主、在默示谷、使民驚惶、遭敵人蹂躪而潰亂、城垣傾圮、哀號之聲、聞於山間、

惟彼先知言得默示、悉屬妄誕、占卜皆屬虛偽、我必降之以罰、不得立於我民之會、不得錄於以色列之册、不得入於以色列之地、爾則知我乃主天主、因彼誘惑我民、無平康之時、反言有平康、猶如我民築墻、彼乃塗灰、爾當告彼塗灰者云、其墻必傾圮、因暴雨暴雨或作沖物之雨下同必下、我亦使大雹降、狂風大作、墻既傾圮、人必詰爾曰、爾所塗者安在、主天主如是云、我震烈怒盛忿、起狂風、下暴雨、降大雹、或作主天主如是云我發忿使狂風大作我震怒下沖物之暴雨我發烈怒降大雹毀之殆盡、爾所塗之墻、我必毀之、使傾於地、基址顯露、墻既傾圮、爾曹必亡其中、爾則知我乃主、我毀墻與塗之者以雪我忿、或作我向墻與塗之者發盡我之盛忿是時我必告爾曰、墻已歸於無有、塗之者亦歸於無有、此即以色列之先知、為耶路撒冷述預言、在無平康之時、自言得默示、宣平康、此乃主天主所言、○

爾曹惟驚駭驚異、惟迷昧迷蒙、彼醉並非因酒、步履欹斜、並非因飲醉人之物、蓋主使爾猶如酣睡、閉爾目、蒙爾首、爾目即先知、爾首即先見、

爾之先知、曾向爾預言曰、巴比倫王必不來攻爾、亦不攻斯地、而今彼安在、

於是城破、迦勒底人在城四圍、王與諸戰士由近王園兩城中之門、夜間出城而遁、望平原平原或作亞拉巴下同而走、

詰朝、拿八醉醒、其妻以此事皆告之、拿八驚悸、魂飛膽落、僵如石然、此後約十日、主擊拿八遂死、

猶大王西底家與諸戰士見之、夜間逃遁、由王園之道、由兩城中之門出城、望平原平原或作亞拉巴下同而走、迦勒底軍旅追之、在耶利歌平原追及西底家、執之、解至哈末地之利比拉、巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒前、遂審鞫之、

伊及人必失慧於心、其謀為我所敗、必問於偶像、念咒者、交鬼者、占卜者、

其言曰、藐忽者乎、爾視之而驚駭滅亡、因爾在時、我將行一事、雖有人告爾、爾亦不信也、○

自老至少、或作自尊逮卑俱貪戀不義之財、自先知至祭司、或作先知與祭司俱行詭詐、彼輕遽以醫我民之傷云、平康、平康、而無平康、

巴比倫人必曰、我腰痛甚、劬勞如臨產之婦、我因畏縮而耳不能聞、因驚惶而目不能視、我心昏迷、極為悚惶、我宴樂之夜、變為驚駭之夜、

瑣安之候伯、盡為愚蒙、法老謀士之智者、其謀忽成拙計、焉能告法老曰、我乃先賢之後、古王之裔哉、爾之智慧者安在、萬有之主為伊及所定之謀、謀或作命下同彼當知之、當告爾、

於是城破、王與諸戰士、由近王園兩城中之門、夜逃遁、迦勒底人在城四圍、王由平原平原或作亞拉巴下同而走、

我心如草衰殘枯萎、我亦忘乎飲食、

先知傳虛言、祭司賴之掌權、我民以此為悅、及至其終、主降罰之時、爾將何為、

當是日伊及人膽怯如婦女、因萬有之主向伊及舉手加責、伊及人皆戰慄恐懼、
