So put on sackcloth, lament and wail, for the fierce anger of the Lord has not turned away from us.

当那日，主万军之耶和华叫人哭泣哀号，头上光秃，身披麻布。

我民哪，应当腰束麻布，滚在灰中。你要悲伤，如丧独生子痛痛哭号，因为灭命的要忽然临到我们。

安逸的妇女啊，要战兢；无虑的女子啊，要受骚扰。脱去衣服，赤着身体，腰束麻布。

所以，耶和华的怒气向他的百姓发作。他的手伸出攻击他们，山岭就震动；他们的尸首在街市上好像粪土。虽然如此，他的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。

他们只得屈身在被掳的人以下，仆倒在被杀的人以下。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。

我必使你们的节期变为悲哀，歌曲变为哀歌。众人腰束麻布，头上光秃，使这场悲哀如丧独生子，至终如痛苦的日子一样。”

耶和华吩咐摩西说：“将百姓中所有的族长在我面前对着日头悬挂，使我向以色列人所发的怒气可以消了。”

耶和华的烈怒必不转消，直到他心中所拟定的成就了；末后的日子你们要明白。

耶和华说：“虽然如此，你们应当禁食、哭泣、悲哀，一心归向我。”你们要撕裂心肠，不撕裂衣服。归向耶和华你们的神；因为他有恩典，有怜悯，不轻易发怒，有丰盛的慈爱，并且后悔不降所说的灾。

他们上巴益，又往底本，到高处去哭泣。摩押人因尼波和米底巴哀号，各人头上光秃，胡须剃净。他们在街市上都腰束麻布，在房顶上和宽阔处俱各哀号，眼泪汪汪。

人子啊，你要呼喊哀号，因为这刀临到我的百姓和以色列一切的首领。他们和我的百姓都交在刀下，所以你要拍腿叹息。

东有亚兰人，西有非利士人；他们张口要吞吃以色列。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。

摩押因毁坏蒙羞；你们要哀号呼喊，要在亚嫩旁报告说：‘摩押变为荒场！’

你们要哀号，因为耶和华的日子临近了！这日来到，好像毁灭从全能者来到。

“人子啊，你要发预言说，主耶和华如此说：哀哉这日！你们应当哭号。

玛拿西吞吃以法莲；以法莲吞吃玛拿西，又一同攻击犹大。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。

他使猛烈的怒气和忿怒、恼恨、苦难成了一群降灾的使者，临到他们。

所以，主必不喜悦他们的少年人，也不怜恤他们的孤儿寡妇；因为，各人是亵渎的，是行恶的，并且各人的口都说愚妄的话。虽然如此，耶和华的怒气还未转消；他的手仍伸不缩。
