我聞有聲哀號、若妊婦初產、即郇女之聲、哭泣伸手、曰、殺我者至、禍必不遠、我喪厥膽。

我聞哀聲、如婦臨產、我聞哀哭之聲、如孕婦初產、即郇之聲、哭泣伸手、曰、禍哉我也、我被殘殺者所害、

I hear a cry as of a woman in labor, a groan as of one bearing her first child— the cry of Daughter Zion gasping for breath, stretching out her hands and saying,“ Alas! I am fainting; my life is given over to murderers.”

I hear a cry like the cry of a woman having a baby. I hear a groan like someone having her first child. It’s the cry of the people of Zion struggling to breathe. They reach out their hands and say,“ Help us! We’re fainting! Murderers are about to kill us!”

For I heard a cry as of a woman in labor, anguish as of one giving birth to her first child, the cry of the daughter of Zion gasping for breath, stretching out her hands,“ Woe is me! I am fainting before murderers.”

I hear a cry, like that of a woman in labor, the groans of a woman giving birth to her first child. It is beautiful Jerusalem gasping for breath and crying out,“ Help! I’m being murdered!”

I hear a cry like a woman in labor, a cry of anguish like one bearing her first child. The cry of Daughter Zion gasping for breath, stretching out her hands:“ Woe is me, for my life is weary because of the murderers!”

For I heard a voice cry as of a woman in labor, The anguish as of one giving birth to her first child. The voice of the daughter of Zion gasping for breath, Stretching out her hands, saying,“ Ah, woe to me, for I faint before murderers.”

“ For I have heard a voice as of a woman in labor, The anguish as of her who brings forth her first child, The voice of the daughter of Zion bewailing herself; She spreads her hands, saying,‘ Woe is me now, for my soul is weary Because of murderers!’

For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail, the anguish as of her who gives birth to her first child, the voice of the daughter of Zion, who gasps for breath, who spreads her hands, saying,“ Woe is me now! For my soul faints before the murderers.”

你们举手祷告，我必掩面不理。即使你们祷告再多，我也不会听，因为你们双手沾满鲜血。

锡安伸手求助，却无人理睬。耶和华已命四周邻国与雅各为敌。耶路撒冷在他们当中成了污秽之物。

耶和华让你结交的盟友来统治你，你还有什么话可说？难怪你痛苦不堪，就像分娩的妇人。

惊恐万状，痛苦不堪如同分娩的妇人。他们必面面相觑，羞愧得面如火烧。

我要毁灭美丽娇弱的锡安城。

他们要攻取城池，占领堡垒。那时，摩押的勇士像临盆的妇人一样心惊胆战。

因此，愿他们丧身刀下，儿女饿死，妻子丧夫亡子，年长的被杀，年少的死于战场！

“我厌恶自己的生命，我要倾诉我的哀怨，吐露心中的苦水。

当人们正在说一切平安稳妥的时候，灾祸会像产痛临到孕妇一样突然临到他们，令他们无法逃脱。

你们去问问，男人能分娩吗？为什么我看见男人们都双手捂着肚子，好像分娩的妇人脸色铁青呢？

我听见祂对其余的人说：“你们要跟随他走遍全城，毫不留情地杀戮，将男女老幼全部杀尽，但你们不能伤害额上有记号的。你们要从圣所开始。”于是他们首先杀了殿前的众长老。

“我已沉默多时，我克制不语，现在我要发出急促的呐喊，像分娩的妇人。

那时我说：“我有祸了！我要灭亡了！因为我口出不洁之言，又住在口出不洁之言的人群中，并且亲眼看见了大君王——万军之耶和华。”

我有祸了！因我的创伤难愈。但我说：“这是疾病，我必须忍受。”

大马士革丧失勇气，转身逃命。她像分娩的妇人一样惊恐不安，充满痛苦和忧愁。

为什么我的痛楚无休无止？为什么我的创伤无法医治？难道你要像一条时断时流的小溪让我无法依靠吗？

其实我传福音并没有什么可夸的，因为这是我的任务，我不传福音就有祸了！

“巴录啊，以色列的上帝耶和华说，

我真悲惨！就像夏天的果子已被收尽，葡萄已被摘净，找不到一串可吃的，寻不见我心中渴望的初熟无花果。

临产的阵痛要临到他，但他是毫无智慧的孩子，分娩之时却不离开母腹。

“主耶和华说，‘我要使许多人起来攻击、抢掠她们，叫她们胆战心惊。这些人要用石头打死她们，用刀杀戮她们和她们的儿女，用火烧毁她们的房屋。

他们残酷无情，毫无怜悯，手持弓箭长枪，骑马奔来，声势如狂涛怒吼。锡安城啊，他们准备列阵攻击你。”我们听到这风声，手脚发软，痛苦万分，如分娩的妇人。

看啊，敌人必像展翅飞来的鹰一样攻击波斯拉。到那日，以东的勇士必像临盆的妇女一样胆战心惊。

利百加对以撒说：“我被这些赫人女子烦死了。如果雅各也像以扫一样娶那些赫人女子为妻，我活着还有什么意思呢？”

这使我充满痛苦，我陷入剧痛中，如同分娩的妇人，我因听见的话而惊慌，因看见的景象而害怕。

“要对锡安城说，‘看啊，你的君王来了！祂谦卑地骑着驴，骑着一头驴驹。’”

“耶和华啊，看看我是多么痛苦！我的内脏搅动，我的心灵翻腾，因为我背叛了你。街上有屠杀，家中有死亡。

住在黎巴嫩、安居在香柏木宫殿中的人啊，当妇人分娩般的痛苦临到你们的时候，你们将怎样呻吟呢！”

我走到田间，眼前是具具被杀的尸体；我进入城里，见饥荒肆虐，祭司和先知也流亡异乡。’”

巴比伦王闻风丧胆，四肢发软，像分娩的妇人一样痛苦不堪。

我寄居在米设和基达的人当中有祸了！

“老人和小孩陈尸街头，少男少女都丧身刀下。你在发怒的日子杀了他们，毫不留情。
