Then thou shalt say unto them, I presented my supplication before the king, that he would not cause me to return to Jonathan’s house, to die there.

你就要对他们说：‘我只是把我的恳求呈到王面前，求他不要把我送回约拿单的房子去，免得我死在那里。’”

你就對他們說：『我在王面前懇求不要叫我回到約拿單的房屋死在那裏。』」

你就對他們說：『我在王面前懇求不要把我送回約拿單的房屋，免得我死在那裏。』」

你就對他們說：『我在王面前懇求不要把我送回約拿單的房屋，免得我死在那裏。』」

你可以告訴他們，你是在求我不要把你押回約拿單的房子，以免死在那裡。」

你就要對他們說：‘我只是把我的懇求呈到王面前，求他不要把我送回約拿單的房子去，免得我死在那裡。’”

那麼你只要對他們說：「我只把我所懇求的呈到王面前，求他不要叫我回約拿單的屋子、去死在那裏。」』

爾當語之曰、我乃求王、勿使我復返約拿單之室、免死於彼、

爾可答之曰、我求王勿使我復入約拿單之室、恐死於彼。

可謂之曰、我求王勿使我歸約拿單之室、恐死於彼、

then tell them,‘ I was pleading with the king not to send me back to Jonathan’s house to die there.’”

Then tell them,‘ I was begging the king not to send me back to Jonathan’s house. I don’t want to die there.’ ”

then you shall say to them,‘ I made a humble plea to the king that he would not send me back to the house of Jonathan to die there.’”

If this happens, just tell them you begged me not to send you back to Jonathan’s dungeon, for fear you would die there.”

If they do, tell them,‘ I was bringing before the king my petition that he not return me to the house of Jonathan to die there.’”

then you are to say to them,‘ I was presenting my plea before the king, not to make me return to the house of Jonathan to die there.’ ”

then you shall say to them,‘ I presented my request before the king, that he would not make me return to Jonathan’s house to die there.’”

then you will tell them,‘ I was bringing before the king my petition that he not return me to the house of Jonathan to die there.’”

If they do this, tell them,‘ I was pleading with the king not to send me back to die in the dungeon of Jonathan’s house.’”

then you shall tell them,‘ I presented my supplication before the king, that he would not cause me to return to Jonathan’s house, to die there.’”

Therefore hear now, I pray thee, O my lord the king: let my supplication, I pray thee, be accepted before thee; that thou cause me not to return to the house of Jonathan the scribe, lest I die there.

Wherefore the princes were wroth with Jeremiah, and smote him, and put him in prison in the house of Jonathan the scribe: for they had made that the prison.

And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we beseech thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray for us unto the LORD thy God,[ even] for all this remnant;( for we are left[ but] a few of many, as thine eyes do behold us:)

Also he gave him the copy of the writing of the decree that was given at Shushan to destroy them, to shew[ it] unto Esther, and to declare[ it] unto her, and to charge her that she should go in unto the king, to make supplication unto him, and to make request before him for her people.
