So King Zedekiah commanded that Jeremiah not be returned to the dungeon. Instead, he was imprisoned in the courtyard of the guard in the royal palace. The king also commanded that Jeremiah be given a loaf of fresh bread every day as long as there was any left in the city. So Jeremiah was put in the palace prison.

So King Zedekiah gave orders, and Jeremiah was placed in the guard’s courtyard. He was given a loaf of bread each day from the bakers’ street until all the bread was gone from the city. So Jeremiah remained in the guard’s courtyard.

于是彼得被囚在监里，教会却为他切切祷告上帝。

你们要先求上帝的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

保罗在自己所租的房子里住了足足两年。凡来见他的人，他都接待，

我为这福音的奥秘作了带铁链的使者，让我能照着当尽的本分放胆宣讲。

夜间每逢时辰开始，要起来呼喊，在主面前倾心吐意如水。你的孩童在街头上挨饿昏厥，你要为他们的性命向主举手。耶和华啊，求你观看，留意你向谁这样行。妇人岂可吃自己所生、所抚育的婴孩吗？祭司和先知岂可在主的圣所中被杀吗？

王的心在耶和华手中像河水，他能使它随意流转。

我们进了罗马城，保罗蒙准和那个看守他的兵另住在一处。

你要喝那溪里的水，我已吩咐乌鸦在那里供养你。”于是以利亚去了，他遵照耶和华的话做，去住在约旦河东的基立溪旁。乌鸦早上给他叼饼和肉来，晚上也有饼和肉，他又喝溪里的水。

我叔父的儿子哈拿篾果然照耶和华的话来到护卫兵的院内，对我说：‘请你买我在便雅悯境内、亚拿突的那块地；因为它应该由你来承受，而且你也有代赎的责任。请你买下它吧！’我就知道这确是耶和华的话。

我的眼睛流泪，以致失明；我的心肠烦乱，肝胆落地，都因我的百姓遭毁灭，又因孩童和吃奶的在城内的广场上昏厥。他们如受伤的人在城内广场上昏厥，在母亲的怀里将要丧命时，就对母亲说：“饼和酒在哪里呢？”

我为这福音受苦难，甚至像犯人一样被捆绑，然而上帝的话没有被捆绑。

被刀剑刺杀的胜过因饥饿而死的；饥饿者由于缺乏田里的出产就消瘦而亡。当我百姓遭毁灭的时候，慈心的妇人亲手烹煮自己的儿女为食物。

人所行的若蒙耶和华喜悦，耶和华也使仇敌与他和好。

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，安居地上，以他的信实为粮；

他们必在你的各城围困你，直到你在全地所倚靠、高大坚固的城墙都倒塌。他们必在耶和华—你上帝所赐给你全地的各城围困你。你在仇敌围困的窘迫中，必吃你本身所生的，就是耶和华—你上帝所赐给你的儿女之肉。你中间，连那温和文雅的人都必冷眼恶待自己的兄弟和怀中的妻子，以及他所剩下其余的儿女，不把所吃儿女的肉分一点给他们任何一个人，因为在被仇敌围困、陷入窘迫的各城中，他已经一无所剩了。你中间柔顺娇嫩的妇人，甚至因柔顺娇嫩脚不肯踏地的妇人，也必冷眼恶待她怀中的丈夫和自己的儿女。在被仇敌围困、陷入窘迫的城镇中，她因缺乏一切，就要暗中把从她两腿中间出来的胞衣和所生下的儿女吃了。

所以，不要以给我们的主作见证为耻，也不要以我这为主被囚的为耻；总要靠着上帝的大能，与我为福音同受苦难。

吃奶孩子的舌头因干渴贴住上膛，孩童求饼，却无人擘给他们。素来吃美好食物的，如今遭遗弃在街上；素来穿着朱红衣裳长大的，如今却拥抱粪堆。

过了两年，波求‧非斯都接了腓力斯的任；腓力斯要讨犹太人的喜欢，就把保罗留在监里。

他们在患难的时候必不致羞愧，在饥荒的日子必得饱足。

因饥荒的干热，我们的皮肤热如火炉。

派人把耶利米从护卫兵的院中提出来，交给沙番的孙子，亚希甘的儿子基大利，让他自由进出屋子；于是耶利米住在百姓中间。耶利米还囚在护卫兵院中的时候，耶和华的话临到他，说：

我为主作囚徒的劝你们，既然蒙召，行事为人就要与你们所蒙的呼召相称。

耶和华的圣民哪，你们当敬畏他，因敬畏他的一无所缺。少壮狮子尚且缺食忍饿，但寻求耶和华的什么好处都不缺。
