King Zedekiah then gave orders for Jeremiah to be placed in the courtyard of the guard and given a loaf of bread from the street of the bakers each day until all the bread in the city was gone. So Jeremiah remained in the courtyard of the guard.

So King Zedekiah commanded that Jeremiah not be returned to the dungeon. Instead, he was imprisoned in the courtyard of the guard in the royal palace. The king also commanded that Jeremiah be given a loaf of fresh bread every day as long as there was any left in the city. So Jeremiah was put in the palace prison.

So King Zedekiah gave orders, and Jeremiah was placed in the guard’s courtyard. He was given a loaf of bread each day from the bakers’ street until all the bread was gone from the city. So Jeremiah remained in the guard’s courtyard.

Then King Zedekiah gave a command, and they placed Jeremiah in custody in the courtyard of the guardhouse, and gave him a loaf of bread daily from the bakers’ street, until all the bread in the city was gone. So Jeremiah remained in the courtyard of the guardhouse.

四月初九日，城里有大饥荒，甚至百姓都没有粮食。

他必居高处；他的保障是磐石的坚垒；他的粮必不缺乏；他的水必不断绝。

耶和华的眼目看顾敬畏他的人和仰望他慈爱的人，要救他们的命脱离死亡，并使他们在饥荒中存活。

于是彼得被囚在监里；教会却为他切切地祷告神。

你们要先求他的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

保罗在自己所租的房子里住了足足两年。凡来见他的人，他全都接待，

我为这福音的奥秘作了带锁链的使者，并使我照着当尽的本分放胆讲论。

夜间，每逢交更的时候要起来呼喊，在主面前倾心如水。你的孩童在各市口上受饿发昏；你要为他们的性命向主举手祷告。耶和华啊，求你观看！见你向谁这样行？妇人岂可吃自己所生育手里所摇弄的婴孩吗？祭司和先知岂可在主的圣所中被杀戮吗？

王的心在耶和华手中，好像陇沟的水随意流转。

进了罗马城，保罗蒙准和一个看守他的兵另住在一处。

你要喝那溪里的水，我已吩咐乌鸦在那里供养你。”于是以利亚照着耶和华的话，去住在约旦河东的基立溪旁。乌鸦早晚给他叼饼和肉来，他也喝那溪里的水。

我叔叔的儿子哈拿篾果然照耶和华的话来到护卫兵的院内，对我说：“我在便雅悯境内、亚拿突的那块地，求你买来；因你买来是合乎承受之理，是你当赎的。你为自己买来吧！”我耶利米就知道这是耶和华的话。

我眼中流泪，以致失明；我的心肠扰乱，肝胆涂地，都因我众民遭毁灭，又因孩童和吃奶的在城内街上发昏。那时，他们在城内街上发昏，好像受伤的，在母亲的怀里，将要丧命；对母亲说：“谷、酒在哪里呢？”

我为这福音受苦难，甚至被捆绑，像犯人一样。然而神的道却不被捆绑。

饿死的不如被刀杀的，因为这是缺了田间的土产，就身体衰弱，渐渐消灭。慈心的妇人，当我众民被毁灭的时候，亲手煮自己的儿女作为食物。

人所行的，若蒙耶和华喜悦，耶和华也使他的仇敌与他和好。

你当倚靠耶和华而行善，住在地上，以他的信实为粮；

他们必将你困在你各城里，直到你所倚靠、高大坚固的城墙都被攻塌。他们必将你困在耶和华你神所赐你遍地的各城里。你在仇敌围困窘迫之中，必吃你本身所生的，就是耶和华你神所赐给你的儿女之肉。你们中间，柔弱娇嫩的人必恶眼看他弟兄和他怀中的妻，并他余剩的儿女；甚至在你受仇敌围困窘迫的城中，他要吃儿女的肉，不肯分一点给他的亲人，因为他一无所剩。你们中间，柔弱娇嫩的妇人，是因娇嫩柔弱不肯把脚踏地的，必恶眼看她怀中的丈夫和她的儿女。她两腿中间出来的婴孩与她所要生的儿女，她因缺乏一切就要在你受仇敌围困窘迫的城中将他们暗暗地吃了。

你不要以给我们的主作见证为耻，也不要以我这为主被囚的为耻；总要按神的能力，与我为福音同受苦难。

吃奶孩子的舌头因干渴贴住上膛；孩童求饼，无人擘给他们。素来吃美好食物的，现今在街上变为孤寒；素来卧朱红褥子的，现今躺卧粪堆。

过了两年，波求非斯都接了腓力斯的任；腓力斯要讨犹太人的喜欢，就留保罗在监里。

他们在急难的时候不致羞愧，在饥荒的日子必得饱足。

因饥饿燥热，我们的皮肤就黑如炉。

打发人去，将耶利米从护卫兵院中提出来，交与沙番的孙子亚希甘的儿子基大利，带回家去。于是耶利米住在民中。耶利米还囚在护卫兵院中的时候，耶和华的话临到他说：

我为主被囚的劝你们：既然蒙召，行事为人就当与蒙召的恩相称。

耶和华的圣民哪，你们当敬畏他，因敬畏他的一无所缺。少壮狮子还缺食忍饿，但寻求耶和华的，什么好处都不缺。
