耶利米又问他：“我在什么事上得罪了你、你的臣仆或人民，以致你们把我囚在监牢中？

耶利米又对西底家王说：“我在什么事上得罪你，或你的臣仆，或这百姓，你竟将我囚在监里呢？

耶利米又对西底家王说：“我在什么事上得罪你，或你的臣仆，或这百姓，你们竟将我囚在监里呢？

耶利米再对西底家王说：“我有什么得罪你，或你的臣仆，或这人民，你竟然把我送进监狱里呢？

耶利米又對西底家王說：「我在甚麼事上得罪你，或你的臣僕，或這百姓，你竟將我囚在監裏呢？

耶利米又對西底家王說：「我在甚麼事上得罪你，或你的臣僕，或這百姓，你們竟將我囚在監裏呢？

耶利米又對西底家王說：「我在甚麼事上得罪你，或你的臣僕，或這百姓，你們竟將我囚在監裏呢？

耶利米又問他：「我在什麼事上得罪了你、你的臣僕或人民，以致你們把我囚在監牢中？

耶利米再對西底家王說：“我有甚麼得罪你，或你的臣僕，或這人民，你竟然把我送進監獄裡呢？

耶利米又對西底家王說：『我有甚麼得罪了你，或你的臣僕，或這人民，你們竟把我下在監獄裏呢？

耶利米謂西底家王曰、我何所干罪於爾、或爾臣僕、或庶民、致幽我於獄耶、

耶利米又奏西底家王曰、我未嘗得罪於王臣百姓、下我於獄曷故、

耶利米又奏西底家王曰、爾曹囚我於獄、我於爾、爾臣僕斯民、得何罪耶、

Then Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah,“ What crime have I committed against you or your attendants or this people, that you have put me in prison?

Then Jeremiah continued,“ Why have you put me in prison? What crime have I committed against you? What have I done to your attendants or these people?

Jeremiah also said to King Zedekiah,“ What wrong have I done to you or your servants or this people, that you have put me in prison?

Then Jeremiah asked the king,“ What crime have I committed? What have I done against you, your attendants, or the people that I should be imprisoned like this?

Then Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah,“ How have I sinned against you or your servants or these people that you have put me in prison?

Moreover, Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah,“ In what way have I sinned against you, or your servants, or this people, that you have put me in prison?

Moreover Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah,“ What offense have I committed against you, against your servants, or against this people, that you have put me in prison?

Moreover Jeremiah said unto king Zedekiah, Wherein have I sinned against thee, or against thy servants, or against this people, that ye have put me in prison?

Then Jeremiah said to King Zedekiah,“ How have I sinned against you or your servants or these people that you have put me in prison?

Moreover Jeremiah said unto king Zedekiah, What have I offended against thee, or against thy servants, or against this people, that ye have put me in prison?

Then Jeremiah asked King Zedekiah,“ What crime have I committed against you, or the officials who serve you, or the people of Judah? What have I done to make you people throw me into prison?

Moreover Jeremiah said to king Zedekiah,“ How have I sinned against you, against your servants, or against this people, that you have put me in prison?

耶稣就问他们：“我将许多从父而来的美善之事显给你们看，你们为了哪一件事拿石头打我呢？”

保罗为自己辩护说：“我从来没有违背犹太律法，亵渎圣殿或反叛凯撒！”

我的上帝差遣天使封住了狮子的口，不让它们伤害我，因为我在上帝面前是清白的。王啊，我在你面前也没有过错。”

但我发现他并没有犯什么该死的罪。既然他要向皇帝上诉，我决定把他押去。

如果我做错了，犯了该死的罪，我决不逃避！但他们对我的指控毫无根据，谁也不能把我交给他们。我要向凯撒上诉！”

责罚义人不妥，杖责君子不义。

保罗注视着公会的人，说：“弟兄们，我在上帝面前行事为人一向问心无愧。”

雅各发怒，斥责拉班说：“我做错了什么、犯了什么罪以致你对我穷追不舍？

走到一边商量说：“这人没有做什么该判死刑或监禁的事。”

我主为什么又要追杀仆人呢？我做错了什么，犯了什么罪？我主我王，请听仆人说，如果是耶和华使你与我作对，愿祂悦纳我献上的祭物；如果这是出于人的主意，愿他们在耶和华面前受咒诅。因为他们赶我离开耶和华所赐的产业，叫我去服侍外族人的神明。求你不要让我死在远离耶和华的异乡！以色列王为何要像在山上猎杀鹧鸪一样追捕一只跳蚤呢？”扫罗说：“我犯罪了。我儿大卫，你回来吧，我不会再伤害你，因为你今日保存了我的性命。我真是糊涂，犯了大错。”

人若以恶报善，家里必祸患不断。

因此，我一直尽力在上帝和人面前都做到问心无愧。

现在我因为告诉你们真理，就成了你们的仇人吗？

大卫对扫罗说：“你为什么听信谗言，认为我要谋害你呢？你现在亲眼看见了，刚才在山洞里，耶和华把你交在我手中，有人叫我杀你，我却不肯，因为你是耶和华所膏立的王，我不会动手伤害你。我父请看，你的这块袍子在我手中。我割下了你的袍角，没有杀你，现在你应该明白我并未图谋背叛你。我没有对不起你，你却要置我于死地。愿耶和华在你我之间判定是非，替我申冤，我却不会动手伤害你。俗语说，‘恶事出于恶人’，所以我不会动手伤害你。以色列王出来要捉拿谁呢？一条死狗吗？一只跳蚤吗？愿耶和华做我们的审判官，在你我之间判定是非。愿耶和华鉴察，为我申冤，从你手中拯救我。”

“但犹大王希西迦和犹大众人并没有处死他。希西迦敬畏耶和华，求祂开恩，耶和华才施怜悯，没有把原本预备的灾祸降给他们。若处死这人，我们会大祸临头。”
