Baruch, the son of Neriah, did everything Jeremiah the prophet told him to do. He went to the Lord’ s temple. There he read the words of the Lord from the scroll.

And Baruch the son of Neriah did all that Jeremiah the prophet ordered him about reading from the scroll the words of the Lord in the Lord’s house.

Baruch did as Jeremiah told him and read these messages from the Lord to the people at the Temple.

我賴主耶穌、欲速遣提摩太就爾、使我知爾事、以慰我心、蓋無他人、與我同志、以實心慮爾之事、因眾惟求己事、不求耶穌基督之事、爾知提摩太已被試驗、彼如子之於父、從而事我從而事我或作與我同勞以傳福音、

若提摩太至、爾曹宜慎、使彼於爾曹無所懼、彼務主之事如我然、

在水門前之衢、自朝至於日中、誦讀於諸男女凡能知之者前、誦讀於諸男女凡能知之者前或作誦讀於諸男女及能知之孩提前眾民側耳細聽律法之書、
