我必罰其罪、爰及子孫、臣僕、昔予有言、欲降災於耶路撒冷居民、猶大國人、而彼弗顧、今必使災速至。

I will punish him and his children and his attendants for their wickedness; I will bring on them and those living in Jerusalem and the people of Judah every disaster I pronounced against them, because they have not listened.’”

屢受譴責、仍強厥項、必致敗亡、援手無人。

我萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、猶大家、耶路撒冷居民、我命之而彼不聽、我召之而彼不應、故我有言降以災患、臨於其身、終必若是。

萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、斯邑及四周之民、強項不從我言、故所言之災、必降其身。

凡先知祭司庶民、以耶和華默示為重任、而譏之者、我必降災於其家。

我遣僕先知、誨爾諄諄不已、我所痛疾者、爾莫行之、彼不傾耳以聽、焚香服事他上帝、怙惡不悛。故我震怒、降災於猶大諸邑、耶路撒冷逵衢、使之荒蕪傾圮、今日之事為證。萬有之主以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、何為蹈此罪愆、使猶大男女、孩提、以及乳哺、為我所絶、靡有孑遺。何為於所居埃及之地、造作偶像、焚香奉事他上帝、干我震怒、為我棄絶、為列邦人咒詛、凌侮、皆由自取。昔於猶大國、耶路撒冷逵衢爾列祖作惡、猶大王與后亦然、爾與爾妻、更無不然、爾豈忘之乎。至於今日、爾猶不知寅畏、不自怨艾、我所命列祖及爾之律例法度、不復遵從。故我萬有之主、以色列族之上帝耶和華曰、我必罰汝、殲滅猶大族、凡猶大遺民、其志已定、往居埃及、我將滅之、自尊逮卑、戮以鋒刃、因以饑饉、為人咒詛、駭異、受人凌侮、嗟訝、昔我罰耶路撒冷居民、戮之以鋒刃、因之以饑饉、重之以疫癘、我加刑乎居埃及者、亦若是。猶大遺民、思暫居埃及而後圖歸、卒不可得、其獲返者數人而已。

彼不肯從、不傾耳以聽、乃縱欲行惡、我所命之約、彼不恪守、我已降罰、循約所言。

耶路撒冷乎、耶路撒冷乎、爾殺先知、石擊奉使者、我欲集爾赤子、似母鷄集雛翼下、已幾何時、惟爾不欲、

若不聽從、弗遵此命、

如爾不聽從爾上帝耶和華之命、不守我今日所傳之禁令禮儀、則必服咒詛、禍及其身、今詳言之。在邑獲禍、在田獲禍。爾筐與搏麵之器、必加咒詛。身之所生、土之所產、牛羊所出、俱服咒詛。汝出入時、必服咒詛。緣爾行惡、違耶和華命、故爾所作為、必降咒詛、譴責殲滅、俾爾速亡。耶和華必使爾遭疫癘、迨翦滅爾、去爾所得之土。耶和華必使爾身勞、體瘧、氣熱、膚紅、亦使爾亡於刃、風暴五穀、細弱特甚、襲爾以災、迨爾翦滅。爾所覆之天、所載之地、必堅若銅鐵。耶和華使天不降雨澤、惟降塵沙、迨爾殲滅。耶和華必使爾為敵所敗、爾合一處而去、必分七途而遁、播棄於天下億兆之中。飛禽走獸必食爾尸、無人驅逐。耶和華必以埃及人所患之瘡痍、癰痔、疥癬、醫所不能治者、加乎爾身。耶和華必使爾心狂、目瞽、中懷駭異。雖至日中、如處幽暗、遍捫不見、與瞽無異、爾凡所為、不獲亨通、恆被人虐取強據、不蒙拯救。爾將聘妻、而他人與寢、爾將建宅、而不遑居處、栽植園圃、不摘其果。人宰爾牛於爾前、爾不能食、人據爾驢於爾前、而不返爾、爾羊擄於敵、無人為援。爾子女擄於異邦、使爾終日瞻望、至於目盲、欲拯無力。爾之土產、爾之操作、將為爾素所未識之民並吞殆盡、爾將為人虐取、為人挾制、歷久如是。爾既見此、必致心狂。耶和華必加爾以瘡痍、爾膝與股、自頂至踵、無不遍染、醫不能治。耶和華將遷爾、及爾所立之王、至爾與爾祖所未識之國、在彼爾奉事他上帝、木石所作者。耶和華既散爾於四方、爾將為人所駭異、作歌譏刺。所種之田、必播之多、而獲之少、被噬於蝗。爾將植葡萄園而治之、為蟲所食、不得收其果、而飲其酒。爾之四境、雖有橄欖樹、不能以油沐身、因果自隕故也。爾生子女、不享其福、必為人所虜。爾囿之樹、爾田所產、滅於蟿螽。爾中之賓旅、必舉於至高、爾降於至卑。爾必稱貸於彼、而彼無庸貸、彼必為端、而爾為末。緣爾不聽爾上帝耶和華命、不守其所諭禮儀禁令、故此災禍襲於爾後、恆臨爾上、至於滅亡。禍及爾身、至於子孫、人必視為駭異、垂為儆戒、歷世勿替。爾當全盛之時、不中心欣喜、奉事爾之上帝耶和華。故耶和華必遣敵攻爾、使爾饑渴、裸體匱乏、服役於敵、彼於鐵軛置於爾頸、迨爾滅亡。耶和華必使遠民、如鷹之飛、來自地極。攻擊爾曹、其方言爾不之識、其容強悍、不眷顧耆老、不矜恤幼稚。爾畜之所生、爾土之所產、俱必並吞、爾穀與酒及油、暨牛羊之所息、取之殆盡、迨爾危亡。於爾上帝耶和華所錫之地、四境之內、城垣鞏固、高聳特甚、爾恃之以無恐、必見圍於敵、攻而下之。爾敵環而攻爾、勢甚危迫、使爾食己所生之子女、即爾上帝耶和華所賜者。如是在爾中、最猗儺荏弱之人、必睚眦兄弟、及眷愛之妻室、留遺之子女、不以所食之嬰孩分給之、蓋敵攻邑門、見圍甚迫、物無從得故也。爾中猗儺纖弱之女、因其嬌嬈、以足踐地、猶且不屑、迨敵圍爾邑、迫切之甚、婦至缺乏、俱無所得、則私藏所出之胞衣、所生之嬰孩、以供所食、即其所愛之夫、所生之子女、亦被睚眦、毫不分給。

萬有之主耶和華曾言之、曰、我必罰之、戮以鋒刃、降以饑饉、斃以疫癘、視若劣果、不堪適口。既以斯三者降罰其身、又必徙於天下萬邦、受人咒詛、不勝駭異、為人凌侮、時聞怨聲、我數遣僕先知、訓迪有眾、惟彼不聽我言、與爾無異、故我罰之若此。
