他又告诉王：“希勒迦祭司给了我一卷书。”沙番就在王面前诵读这书。

我派你到那些顽固不化的人那里，向他们宣告，‘主耶和华这样说。’不管那群叛逆的人听不听，他们都会知道有一位先知在他们当中。

沙番书记又对王说：“希勒迦祭司交给我一卷书。”沙番就在王面前诵读这书。

“这是耶和华说的，‘你要站在我殿的院子里，把我吩咐你的话一字不漏地告诉从犹大各城前来敬拜的人。

让做梦的先知尽管宣扬他们的梦吧，但得到我话语的先知要忠心地传达我的话。糠秕怎能与麦子相比呢！这是耶和华说的。”

他们请他坐下，把卷轴读给他们听。巴录就读给他们听。
