他們向巴錄說：“請告訴我們，你怎樣寫下這一切話，是耶利米親口說的嗎？”

他們問巴錄說：『請告訴我們，你是怎樣寫了這一切話的？是由他口傳的麼？』

又問巴錄曰、爾若何由其口而書此言、請以告我、

又詰之云、爾所書之言、果彼所述否、明以告我。

又問巴錄曰、爾如何由耶利米之口、書此諸言、明以告我、

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us, how did you come to write all this? Did Jeremiah dictate it?”

They said to Baruch,“ Tell us. How did you happen to write all these things? Did Jeremiah tell you to do this?”

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us, please, how did you write all these words? Was it at his dictation?”

“ But first, tell us how you got these messages. Did they come directly from Jeremiah?”

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us, how did you write all these words? At his dictation?”

Then they asked Baruch, saying,“ Tell us, please, how did you write all these words? Was it at Jeremiah’s dictation?”

And they asked Baruch, saying,“ Tell us now, how did you write all these words— at his instruction?”

And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How didst thou write all these words at his mouth?

Then they asked Baruch,“ Tell us— how did you write all these words? At his dictation?”

And they asked Baruch, saying, Tell us now, How didst thou write all these words at his mouth?

Then they asked Baruch,“ How did you come to write all these words? Do they actually come from Jeremiah’s mouth?”

Again therefore the Pharisees also asked him how he received his sight. He said to them,“ He put mud on my eyes, I washed, and I see.”

They therefore were asking him,“ How were your eyes opened?”He answered,“ A man called Jesus made mud, anointed my eyes, and said to me,‘ Go to the pool of Siloam and wash.’ So I went away and washed, and I received sight.”

They said to him again,“ What did he do to you? How did he open your eyes?”He answered them,“ I told you already, and you didn’t listen. Why do you want to hear it again? You don’t also want to become his disciples, do you?”
