You shall not build a house, sow seed, plant a vineyard, or have any; but all your days you shall dwell in tents, that you may live many days in the land in which you live as nomads.’

Also you must never build houses, sow seed or plant vineyards; you must never have any of these things, but must always live in tents. Then you will live a long time in the land where you are nomads.’

“ Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with a promise:“ that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.”

The boys grew. Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field. Jacob was a quiet man, living in tents.
