耶羅波安家人中，死在城中的必被狗吃，死在田野的必被鳥吃。這是耶和華說的。』

又說：「你過來，我要把你的肉丟給天上的飛禽和地上的走獸。」

今天，耶和華必把你交在我手中，我必殺死你，砍掉你的頭，用非利士軍兵的屍體餵天上的飛禽和地上的走獸，使普天下都知道以色列有上帝。

然後，我要把猶大王西底迦及其臣僕以及城中逃過瘟疫、戰爭和饑荒的人都交給巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒等仇敵，使他們落在想殺滅他們的人手中。巴比倫王必殘酷無情地殺戮他們。這是耶和華說的。』

交給那些想殺你的人，交給你所懼怕的人，就是巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒和他的迦勒底軍隊。

進入王宮，大吃大喝，然後吩咐部下說：「把那受咒詛的婦人埋了，她畢竟是王的女兒。」他們出去埋葬她，卻只找到她的頭骨、手掌和腳，便回去稟告耶戶。耶戶說：「這正應驗耶和華藉祂僕人提斯比人以利亞說的話，『狗必在耶斯列的田間吃耶洗別的肉，耶洗別的屍體必像耶斯列田間的糞便，無人能認出那是耶洗別。』」

我必把埃及王法老何弗拉交在想殺他的仇敵手中，就像我把猶大王西底迦交在想殺他的仇敵巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒手中一樣。這是耶和華說的。』」

「人子啊，主耶和華說，『你要召喚各類飛鳥和野獸，讓牠們聚集起來，從四面八方來赴我為牠們預備的祭宴，就是以色列山嶺上的大祭宴，在那裡吃肉飲血。牠們將吃到勇士的肉，喝到君王的血，好像吃公綿羊、羊羔、公山羊、公牛這些巴珊的肥畜。牠們要在我為牠們設的祭宴中任意吃肉飲血，直到吃飽喝醉為止。牠們在我的宴席上要飽餐戰馬、車夫、勇士和軍人的肉。這是主耶和華說的。

你這荒涼的城啊！你在做什麽？縱然你穿上紅袍，戴上金飾，描眉畫眼，又有什麼用呢？你的情人藐視你，要殺害你。

我要讓仇敵擊潰他們，我要發烈怒降禍給他們，用刀劍追殺他們，直到徹底消滅他們。這是耶和華說的。

你們的屍體要成為飛禽走獸的食物，必無人趕走牠們。

拋在地上，丟在田野，給天上的飛鳥吃，讓地上的走獸飽餐。

至於耶洗別，耶和華說，『狗必在耶斯列的城牆邊吃耶洗別的肉。凡屬亞哈的人，死在城中的必被狗吃，死在郊野的必被飛鳥吃。』」

丟棄在曠野。你必曝屍野外，無人收殮。我要讓你成為野獸和飛鳥的食物。

於是，他私下向耶利米發誓說：「我憑那賜給我們生命的永活的耶和華起誓，我決不殺你，也不把你交在想殺你的人手中。」
