Then this city will bring me renown, joy, praise and honor before all nations on earth that hear of all the good things I do for it; and they will be in awe and will tremble at the abundant prosperity and peace I provide for it.’

Then this city will bring me fame, joy, praise and honor. All the nations on earth will hear about the good things I do for this city. They will see the great success and peace I give it. Then they will be filled with wonder. And they will tremble with fear.”

And this city shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and a glory before all the nations of the earth who shall hear of all the good that I do for them. They shall fear and tremble because of all the good and all the prosperity I provide for it.

Then this city will bring me joy, glory, and honor before all the nations of the earth! The people of the world will see all the good I do for my people, and they will tremble with awe at the peace and prosperity I provide for them.

This city will bear on my behalf a name of joy, praise, and glory before all the nations of the earth, who will hear of all the prosperity I will give them. They will tremble with awe because of all the good and all the peace I will bring about for them.

也不要使他歇息，直等他建立耶路撒冷，使耶路撒冷在地上为人所赞美。

那时，你看见就有光荣，你的心兴奋欢畅；因为大海那边的财富必归你，列国的财宝也来归你。

腰带怎样紧贴人的腰，照样，我也曾使以色列全家和犹大全家紧贴着我，归我为子民，使我得名声，得颂赞，得荣耀；他们却不肯听从。这是耶和华说的。”

他使我口唱新歌，就是赞美我们上帝的话。许多人必看见而惧怕，并要倚靠耶和华。

我们所有的仇敌听见了，四围的列国就惧怕，愁眉不展，因为他们知道这工作得以完成，是出于我们的上帝。

耶和华—你的上帝在你中间大有能力，施行拯救。他必因你欢欣喜乐，他在爱中静默，且因你而喜乐欢呼。我要聚集那些因无节期而愁烦的人，他们曾远离你，是你的重担和羞辱。那时，看哪，我必对付所有苦待你的人，拯救瘸腿的，召集被赶出的；那些在全地受羞辱的，我必使他们得称赞，享名声。那时，我必领你们回来，召集你们；我使你们被掳之人归回的时候，必使你们在地上的万民中享名声，得称赞；这是耶和华说的。”

那时，我们满口喜笑、满舌欢呼；那时，列国中就有人说：“耶和华为他们行了大事！”耶和华果然为我们行了大事，我们就欢喜。

后来以色列人必归回，寻求耶和华—他们的上帝和他们的王大卫。在末后的日子，他们必敬畏耶和华，领受他的恩惠。

那时，人必称耶路撒冷为耶和华的宝座；万国聚集在那里，为耶和华的名来到耶路撒冷，他们必不再随从自己顽梗的恶心行事。

少女以色列啊，我要再建立你，你就得以建立；你必再拿起手鼓，随着欢乐的舞者而出。

耶利米先知从耶路撒冷送信给被掳幸存的长老，以及祭司、先知，和尼布甲尼撒从耶路撒冷掳到巴比伦去的众百姓。

你们以手所做的，在寄居的埃及地向别神烧香，惹我发怒，使你们被剪除，在天下万国中受诅咒羞辱。

“看哪，我要使耶路撒冷成为令四围列国百姓昏醉的杯；耶路撒冷被围困，犹大也一样受困。

列国看见，虽大有势力仍觉惭愧；他们必用手捂口，掩耳不听。他们要舔土如蛇，又如地上爬行的动物，战战兢兢离开他们的营寨；他们必畏惧耶和华—我们的上帝，也必因你而害怕。

“万军之耶和华如此说：将来还有众百姓和许多城镇的居民要来。这城的居民必到那城，说：‘我们快去恳求耶和华的恩，寻求万军之耶和华；我自己也要去。’必有许多民族和强盛的国家来到耶路撒冷寻求万军之耶和华，恳求耶和华的恩。万军之耶和华如此说：在那些日子，列国中说各种语言的人，必有十个人强拉住一个犹大人衣服的边，说：‘我们要与你们同去，因为我们听见上帝与你们同在了。’”

地上所有的邦国听见耶和华打败以色列的仇敌，就都惧怕上帝。

万民听见就战抖；疼痛抓住非利士的居民。那时，以东的族长惊惶，摩押的英雄被战兢抓住，迦南所有的居民都融化。惊骇恐惧临到他们；耶和华啊，因你膀臂的大能，他们如石头寂静不动，等候你百姓过去，等候你所赎的百姓过去。

王的谕旨和敕令所到的各省各城，犹太人都欢喜快乐，摆设宴席，以那日为吉日。国中许多民族的人因惧怕犹太人，就自称为犹太人。

列国要看见你的公义，列王要看见你的荣耀。你必得新的名字，是耶和华亲口起的。你在耶和华的手中成为华冠，在你上帝的掌上成为冠冕。

我就必使这殿如示罗，使这城成为地上万国所诅咒的。’”

人称他们为“圣民”，为“耶和华救赎的民”，你也必称为“受眷顾的”，为“不被撇弃的城”。
