“ Thus says the Lord:‘ If My covenant is not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth,

耶和华如此说：‘若是我立白日黑夜的约不能存住，若是我未曾安排天地的定例，

然而，耶和华说，‘正如我决不废弃我所定的昼夜交替和天地运行之律，

耶和華曰、如我所立晝夜之約可廢、如我未定天地之例、

惟我曰、我與晝夜立約、必不爽之、我定天地之例、必不廢之、

主如是云、我所立晝夜之約、所定天地之例、

This is what the Lord says:‘ If I have not made my covenant with day and night and established the laws of heaven and earth,

I say,‘ What if I had not made my covenant with day and night? What if I had not established the laws of heaven and earth?

Thus says the Lord: If I have not established my covenant with day and night and the fixed order of heaven and earth,

But this is what the Lord says: I would no more reject my people than I would change my laws that govern night and day, earth and sky.

This is what the LORD says: If I do not keep my covenant with the day and with the night, and if I fail to establish the fixed order of heaven and earth,

This is what the Lord says:‘ If My covenant for day and night does not continue, and I have not established the fixed patterns of heaven and earth,

Thus saith Jehovah: If my covenant of day and night stand not, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

This is what the Lord says: If I do not keep My covenant with the day and with the night and fail to establish the fixed order of heaven and earth,

Thus saith the LORD; If my covenant[ be] not with day and night,[ and if] I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

But I, the LORD, make the following promise: I have made a covenant governing the coming of day and night. I have established the fixed laws governing heaven and earth.

Yahweh says:“ If my covenant of day and night fails, if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth;

The day is Yours, the night also is Yours; You have prepared the light and the sun.You have set all the borders of the earth; You have made summer and winter.

He appointed the moon for seasons; The sun knows its going down.

Thus says the Lord, Who gives the sun for a light by day, The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night, Who disturbs the sea, And its waves roar( The Lord of hosts is His name):“ If those ordinances depart From before Me, says the Lord, Then the seed of Israel shall also cease From being a nation before Me forever.”

“ Thus says the Lord:‘ If you can break My covenant with the day and My covenant with the night, so that there will not be day and night in their season,

“ While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.”

“ And as for Me, behold, I establish My covenant with you and with your descendants after you,and with every living creature that is with you: the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you, of all that go out of the ark, every beast of the earth.Thus I establish My covenant with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood; never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.”And God said:“ This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you, and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.It shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud;and I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”And God said to Noah,“ This is the sign of the covenant which I have established between Me and all flesh that is on the earth.”
