不过，你们是被拣选的一族，是君尊的祭司，是神圣的国度，是属上帝的子民，要使你们宣扬那召你们出黑暗入奇妙光明者的美德。

我们应当藉着耶稣，常常以颂赞为祭献给上帝，这是那宣认他名的人嘴唇所结的果子。只是不可忘记行善和分享，因为这样的祭物是上帝所喜悦的。

因为，他们虽然知道上帝，却不把他当作上帝荣耀他，也不感谢他。他们的思想变为虚妄，无知的心昏暗了。

使我为外邦人作基督耶稣的仆役，作上帝福音的祭司，使所献上的外邦人因着圣灵成为圣洁，可蒙悦纳。

“利未家的祭司和利未全支派在以色列中没有分得产业；他们可以吃耶和华的火祭，那是他的产业。

但你们要称为“耶和华的祭司”，称作“我们上帝的仆人”。你们必享用列国的财物，必承受他们的财富。

我必领他们到我的圣山，使他们在我的祷告的殿中喜乐。他们的燔祭和祭物，在我坛上必蒙悦纳，因我的殿必称为万民祷告的殿。

其余长二万五千肘，宽一万肘，要归给在殿中供职的利未人，作为他们二十间房屋的地业。

又使我们成为国度，作他父上帝的祭司。愿荣耀、权能归给他，直到永永远远。阿们！

“主耶和华如此说：所有心和肉体未受割礼的外邦人，就是住在以色列中间的任何外邦人，都不可进入我的圣所。”“以色列人走迷的时候，利未人远离我，随从他们的偶像走迷离开我，他们必担当自己的罪孽。他们必在我的圣所当仆役，照管殿门，在殿里伺候；他们要为百姓宰杀燔祭牲和其他祭牲，站在百姓面前伺候他们。

你要将一头公牛犊作为赎罪祭，交给那近前来事奉我的利未家的祭司撒督的后裔；这是主耶和华说的。你要取那公牛犊的一些血，抹在坛的四角和台座的四角，并周围的边上。你要这样洁净坛，为坛赎罪。你又要将那作赎罪祭的公牛烧在圣所外面，殿的预定之处。次日，要将无残疾的公山羊献为赎罪祭；要洁净坛，像用公牛洁净一样。你洁净了坛，就要将一头无残疾的公牛犊和羊群中一只无残疾的公绵羊奉到耶和华面前。祭司要撒盐在其上，献给耶和华为燔祭。七日内，你要每日献一只公山羊为赎罪祭，也要献一头公牛犊和羊群中的一只公绵羊，都要没有残疾的。七日内祭司要为坛赎罪，使它洁净，把它分别为圣。满了七日，自八日以后，祭司要在坛上献你们的燔祭和平安祭；我必悦纳你们。这是主耶和华说的。”

你们作为活石，要被建造成属灵的殿，成为圣洁的祭司，藉着耶稣基督献上蒙上帝悦纳的属灵祭物。

又使他们成为国民和祭司，归于我们的上帝；他们将在地上执掌王权。”
