萬軍之耶和華如此說：「在這荒廢、無人、無牲畜之地，並其中所有的城鎮，必再有牧人的草場，可讓羊羣躺臥在那裏。

萬軍之耶和華曰、斯土諸邑、悉成荒蕪、人畜俱泯、必有牧者之場、羣羊偃臥於彼、

萬有之主、耶和華曰、斯土諸邑、今變荒蕪、居民走獸、不得安處、將有牧場、維彼群羊、或寢或訛。

萬有之主如是云、斯地之諸邑悉荒蕪、無人無畜、厥後仍有牧場、牧人仍使群羊安息在彼、

“ This is what the Lord Almighty says:‘ In this place, desolate and without people or animals— in all its towns there will again be pastures for shepherds to rest their flocks.

The Lord who rules over all says,“ This place is a desert. It does not have any people or animals in it. But there will again be grasslands near all its towns. Shepherds will rest their flocks there.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts: In this place that is waste, without man or beast, and in all of its cities, there shall again be habitations of shepherds resting their flocks.

“ This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: This land— though it is now desolate and has no people and animals— will once more have pastures where shepherds can lead their flocks.

“ This is what the LORD of Armies says: In this desolate place— without people or animals — and in all its cities there will once more be a grazing land where shepherds may rest flocks.

“ This is what the Lord of armies says:‘ There will again be in this place which is waste, without man or animal, and in all its cities, a pasture for shepherds who rest their flocks.

“ Thus says the Lord of hosts:‘ In this place which is desolate, without man and without beast, and in all its cities, there shall again be a dwelling place of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

Thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Yet again shall there be in this place, which is waste, without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

“ This is what the Lord of Hosts says: In this desolate place— without man or beast— and in all its cities there will once more be a grazing land where shepherds may rest flocks.

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Again in this place, which is desolate without man and without beast, and in all the cities thereof, shall be an habitation of shepherds causing[ their] flocks to lie down.

“ I, the LORD who rules over all, say:‘ This place will indeed lie in ruins. There will be no people or animals in it. But there will again be in it and in its towns sheepfolds where shepherds can rest their sheep.

Yahweh of Armies says:“ Yet again there will be in this place, which is waste, without man and without animal, and in all its cities, a habitation of shepherds causing their flocks to lie down.

沙崙必成為羊羣的圈，亞割谷成為牛羣躺臥之處，都為尋求我的民所得。

沿海之地要變為草場，牧人的住處和羊羣的圈。這地必為猶大家的餘民所得；他們要在那裏放牧，晚上躺臥在亞實基倫的房屋中；因為耶和華－他們的上帝必眷顧他們，使被擄的人歸回。

說：『耶和華啊，你曾論到這地方說：要剪除它，不再有人與牲畜居住此地，必永遠荒涼。』

牧人在羊羣四散的日子怎樣尋找他的羊，我必照樣尋找我的羊。這些羊在密雲黑暗的日子散在各處，我要從那裏救回牠們。我要從萬民中領出牠們，從各國聚集牠們，引領牠們歸回故土。我要在以色列山上，在一切溪水旁邊，在境內所有可居住的地牧養牠們。我要在肥美的草場牧養牠們。牠們的圈必在以色列高處的山上，牠們必躺臥在佳美的圈內，在以色列山肥美的草場上吃草。我要親自牧養我的羣羊，使牠們得以躺臥。這是主耶和華說的。

論到猶大王約雅敬你要說，耶和華如此說：你燒了這書卷，說：『你為甚麼在上面寫着，巴比倫王必要來毀滅這地，使這地絕了人民和牲畜呢？』

猶大和猶大城鎮的人，耕地的和帶着羣畜遊牧的人，都要一同住在其中。

你們所說荒涼、無人、無牲畜，已交給迦勒底人手的這地，必有人購置田地。在便雅憫地、耶路撒冷四圍的各處、猶大的城鎮、山地的城鎮、謝非拉的城鎮，並尼革夫的城鎮，人必用銀子買田地，在契上簽字，將契封緘，找人作證，因為我必使被擄的人歸回。這是耶和華說的。」

也必有人從猶大城鎮和耶路撒冷四圍的各處，從便雅憫地、謝非拉、山區，並尼革夫而來，都帶燔祭和祭物，素祭和乳香，並感謝祭，到耶和華的殿去。

「以色列羣山哪，要長出枝條，為我子民以色列結出果子，因為他們即將來到。看哪，我是幫助你們的，我要轉向你們，使你們得以耕作栽種。我要使以色列全家在你們那裏人數增多，城鎮有人居住，廢墟重新建造。我要使人丁和牲畜在你們那裏加增，他們必生養眾多。我要使你們那裏像以前一樣有人居住，並要賜福，比先前更多；你們就知道我是耶和華。

我必領以色列回他自己的草場，他要在迦密和巴珊吃草，又在以法蓮山上和基列境內得以飽足。在那日、在那時，你尋找以色列的罪孽，一無所有；尋找猶大的罪惡，也無所得；因為我所留下的人，我必赦免。這是耶和華說的。」

他們必得尼革夫和以掃山，得謝非拉，非利士人之地，他們必得以法蓮地和撒瑪利亞地，得便雅憫和基列；被擄的以色列大軍必得迦南人的地，直到撒勒法，在西法拉被擄的耶路撒冷人必得尼革夫的城鎮。
