They built high places for Baal in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molek, though I never commanded— nor did it enter my mind— that they should do such a detestable thing and so make Judah sin.

他还在欣嫩子谷把自己的儿子烧死，献作祭物。他行巫术、占卜、观兆，求问灵媒和巫师。他做了许多耶和华视为恶的事，惹耶和华发怒。

反而步以色列诸王的后尘，又铸造巴力神像。他不但在欣嫩子谷烧香，还效法耶和华在以色列人面前赶走的外族人的可憎行径，焚烧自己的儿子作祭物。

他污渎欣嫩子谷中的陀斐特，使人们不能焚烧自己的儿女献给摩洛。

这是因为他犯罪，行耶和华视为恶的事，步耶罗波安后尘，使以色列人陷入罪中。

他们为巴力建丘坛，烧死自己的儿子作燔祭献给巴力。我从未吩咐他们这样做，连提都没提过，连想都没想过。因此，看啊，时候将到，这地方不再叫陀斐特或欣嫩子谷，要叫杀戮谷。这是耶和华说的。

“你把以下条例告诉以色列人。“在你们或寄居在你们中间的外族人中，如果有人把子女献给假神摩洛，必须处死他，当地的人要用石头打死他。我也必严惩那人，将他从民中铲除。因为他把子女献给摩洛，玷污我的圣所，亵渎我的圣名。如果那地方的人对此置之不理，没有处死那人，我必严惩那人一家，从民中铲除他和那些追随他与摩洛苟合的人。

你们在橡树下，在青翠树下以淫乱的方式祭拜假神，在山谷中和石缝间杀儿女作祭物。

玛拿西诱使犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民作恶，比耶和华在以色列人面前所毁灭的各族更严重。

“玛拿西王做的这些可憎之事，比以前住在这里的亚摩利人更严重，使犹大人祭拜偶像，陷入罪中。

你还把你给我生的儿女烧作燔祭献给偶像。难道你淫乱还不够吗？你竟屠杀我的儿女，把他们焚烧献给偶像。

因为耶罗波安犯罪作孽，使以色列人陷入罪中，耶和华必抛弃以色列。”

他们把自己的儿女当祭物献给鬼魔，他们把自己的儿女献给迦南的神像作祭物，流他们儿女无辜的血，玷污了那地方。

这是因为耶罗波安犯罪，并使以色列人陷入罪中，惹以色列的上帝耶和华发怒。

她们淫荡，手上沾满血腥，与偶像淫乱，把为我所生的儿女烧死献给偶像。

拿答像他父亲一样作恶多端，行耶和华视为恶的事，使以色列人陷入罪中。

前夫不可再娶这已被玷污的女子，因为那是耶和华所憎恶的。你们切不可把这种罪恶带到你们的上帝耶和华将要赐给你们的土地上。

他拆掉伯特利高岗上的祭坛，即尼八的儿子耶罗波安诱使以色列人犯罪时建造的祭坛，把祭坛烧毁，捣碎成灰，又焚烧亚舍拉神像。

摩西对亚伦说：“这些百姓对你做了什么？你竟使他们陷入大罪中！”

可是他沉溺于尼八的儿子耶罗波安所犯的罪恶，使以色列人陷入罪中。

你们当中不可有人焚烧自己的子女作祭物，不可有人占卜、算命、作法、行邪术、

所罗门背弃了我，去祭拜西顿人的女神亚斯她录、摩押的神明基抹、亚扪人的神明米勒公。他没有遵行我的道，没有做我视为正的事，也不像他父亲大卫那样遵守我的律例和典章。

我必使你一家的下场像尼八的儿子耶罗波安家和亚希雅的儿子巴沙家一样，因为你惹我发怒，并且使以色列人陷入罪中。’
