They turned their backs to me and not their faces; though I taught them again and again, they would not listen or respond to discipline.

我一再差遣我的仆人众先知到你们那里去，说：‘你们各人当回头离开恶道，改正行为，不再随从事奉别神，如此，就必住在我所赐给你们和你们祖先的地上。’只是你们不侧耳而听，也不听我。

他们却不留意；耸肩悖逆，耳朵发沉，不肯听从。

先知越是呼唤他们，他们越是远离，向诸巴力献祭，为雕刻的偶像烧香。

“从亚们的儿子犹大王约西亚十三年直到今日，在这二十三年中，常有耶和华的话临到我；我也一再对你们传讲，只是你们不听从。耶和华也曾一再差遣他的仆人众先知到你们这里来，只是你们不听从，也不侧耳而听，
