From the day it was built until now, this city has so aroused my anger and wrath that I must remove it from my sight.

耶和華曰、我將驅猶大族、與驅以色列族無異、昔我簡耶路撒冷、爰及此殿、為籲我名之所、今必厭棄之。

緣馬拿西犯罪、屢殺不辜、血流遍耶路撒冷、耶和華弗赦、降災於猶大族、而驅逐之。

昔耶和華曰、耶路撒冷必為籲我名之所、馬拿西築壇於其殿之二院、崇拜天象、

若而人所言、誕妄而已、如爾信從、我必驅爾、遠離斯土、使爾殞沒。

萬有之主耶和華曰、耶路撒冷人、強暴特甚、當降以災、代木築壘以環攻、彼常行惡、如源泉混混、彼為暴虐、行強據、皆耳聞之、彼殘疾人、困苦人、我目睹之。

馬拿西遍耶路撒冷四境、多殺不辜、又作惡於耶和華前、陷猶大族於罪戾。

耶路撒冷乎、耶路撒冷乎、爾殺先知、石擊奉使者、我欲集爾赤子、似母鷄集雛翼下、已幾何時、惟爾不欲、

在耶路撒冷相對之山、築崇邱、奉摩押人可惡之物基抹、亞捫人可惡之物摩洛、亦從娶於異族之嬪妃、焚香獻祭、奉厥上帝。

耶路撒冷之先知、更堪痛疾、行淫詭譎、俾作惡者流、厥志孔強、不悛厥行、予鑒察之、視若所多馬蛾摩拉之人無異。萬有之主耶和華曰耶路撒冷先知、導民行惡、殆遍斯土、我使之茹茶飲酖、

昔尼八子耶羅破暗、陷以色列族於罪戾、在伯特利立崇坵、築祭壇、約西亞毀其祭壇、廢其崇坵、焚其偶像、擣之成粉。

雖然、今日明日及後日、我當行矣、未有先知亡於耶路撒冷外者、耶路撒冷乎、耶路撒冷乎、爾殺先知、石擊奉使者、我欲集爾赤子、似母雞集雛翼下、已幾何時、惟爾不欲、

人子、彼邑之民、惟嗜殺人、爾當責之、使知所作不端、為我所痛疾。爾當言、主耶和華曰、斯邑之民、殺人無度、作諸偶像、污衊其身、今降災之日已至矣。爾殺人作偶像、自取罪戾、自玷厥身、禍患之日伊邇、我使列邦異族、咸姍笑爾、邑民作亂、臭名播於四方、遐邇之人、無不譏刺。以色列牧伯、居於爾中、竭力殺人、斯邑之人、藐視父母、凌侮旅人、強暴孤寡。藐視聖物、犯安息日。揚虛誕以殺人、食岡巒之祭品、行諸淫亂、烝父繼室、妻癸水至、與之同寢、淫人之妻、亂子婦、淫姊妹、受賄以殺人、取利追索、棄我耶和華。爾貪非義之利、草菅人命、我見之憤恨鼓掌。我耶和華已言、必降災於爾、爾豈不膽喪手疲乎、我必散爾於列邦異族中、使爾不復淫亂。爾既罹慘報、為異邦人目睹、則必知我乃耶和華。耶和華諭我曰、人子、我視以色列族若渣滓、彼在爐中、若銅鐵錫鉛焉、亦與銀之渣滓無異。主耶和華曰、因爾無異渣滓、故必使爾入耶路撒冷城、集於一處、猶聚銀與銅鐵鉛錫於爐、鼓紅燄以鎔之、我怒憤烈、亦必集爾於邑中、鎔爾務盡。我必集爾、張我之怒、鼓我之氣、鎔爾於邑中、猶鎔銀於爐中、使知我乃耶和華、震怒爾曹。

我必降災斯土、爰及民人、循猶大王所讀書中之言、因猶大族棄我、焚香奉事他上帝、以其所為干我震怒、故我憾此邑之民、靡有已時。

耶路撒冷民、愆尤叢集、主遐棄之兮、昔雖尊崇、今則裸體、為人藐視、彼亦欷歔而退兮。
