謀略有大智、行事有大能、聖目鑒察世人之舉動、視人之舉動及其行為之結果、而加以報施、

great are your purposes and mighty are your deeds. Your eyes are open to the ways of all mankind; you reward each person according to their conduct and as their deeds deserve.

Your purposes are great. Your acts are mighty. Your eyes see everything people do. You reward each one of them in keeping with their conduct. You do this based on what they have done.

人子要在父的榮耀裡和眾天使一同降臨，那時他要照各人的行為報應各人。

這也是出於萬軍之耶和華，他的謀略奇妙，他的智慧廣大。

主啊！慈愛也屬於你，你必照各人所作的報應各人。

“因為我的眼察看他們所行的一切；在我面前這一切都無法隱藏，他們的罪孽不能從我眼前遮掩起來。

被造的在神面前沒有一樣不是顯明的，萬有在他的眼前都是赤露敞開的；我們必須向他交帳。

因為有一個嬰孩為我們而生，有一個兒子賜給我們；政權必擔在他的肩頭上；他的名必稱為“奇妙的策士、全能的神、永恆的父、和平的君”。

我必以死亡擊殺她的兒女；眾教會就都知道我是察驗人肺腑心腸的，我要照著你們的行為報應你們各人。

因為人的道路都在耶和華眼前，他也審察人的一切路徑。

神的眼看顧人的道路，察看他每一步，

“人怎能躲藏在隱密處，以致我看不見他呢？（這是耶和華的宣告）。我豈不是充滿天地嗎？”這是耶和華的宣告。

“看哪，我必快來！賞賜在我，我要照著各人所行的報應他。

並且都要出來；行善的復活得生命，作惡的復活被定罪。

神的豐富、智慧和知識，是多麼高深啊！他的判斷是多麼難測，他的道路是多麼難尋！“誰知道主的心意，誰作過他的參謀？”

地上所有的居民，在他來說都是虛無；在天上的萬軍中，他憑自己的意旨行事；在地上的居民中，也是這樣；沒有人能攔住他的手，或問他說：‘你作甚麼？’

耶和華的眼睛看顧義人，他的耳朵垂聽他們的呼求。

我從起初就宣告末後的事，從古時就述說還未作成的事，說：‘我的計劃必定成功，我所喜悅的，我都必作成。’我把鷙鳥從日出之地召來，就是把成就我計劃的人從遠方召來。我不但說了，而且也要使我的話實現；我不但計劃好了，而且也必實行。

神必照各人所作的報應各人：以永生報答那些耐心行善、尋求榮耀尊貴和不朽的人，卻以震怒和憤恨報應那些自私自利、不順從真理而順從不義的人；把患難和愁苦加給所有作惡的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人，卻把榮耀、尊貴與平安賜給所有行善的人，先是猶太人，後是希臘人。

因為我們眾人都必須在基督的審判臺前顯露出來，使各人按著本身所行的，或善或惡，受到報應。

人所作的每一件事，連一切隱藏的事，無論是善是惡，神都必審問。

誰曾測度耶和華的靈，或作過他的謀士教導他呢？

那憑著自己旨意所計劃而行萬事的，按著他預先所安排的，預定我們在基督裡得基業（“得基業”或譯：“成為神的產業”），

求你在天上垂聽，採取行動，審判你的僕人，定惡人有罪，使他所行的，都歸到他自己的頭上。定義人有理，照著他的公義賞賜他。

耶和華從天上觀看，他看見全人類。從自己的住處，他察看地上所有的居民。他是那創造眾人的心，了解他們一切作為的。

耶和華的眼目遍察全地，一心歸向他的，他必以大能扶助他們；你作這事太愚昧了。從今以後，你必常有戰爭。”

耶和華啊，萬神之中有誰像你呢？有誰像你榮耀聖潔，可頌可畏，施行奇事呢？
