There is a valley where dead bodies and ashes are thrown. That whole valley will be holy to me. The side of the Kidron Valley east of the city will be holy to me. It will be holy all the way to the corner of the Horse Gate. The city will never again be pulled up by the roots. It will never be destroyed.”

The whole valley of the dead bodies and the ashes, and all the fields as far as the brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be sacred to the Lord. It shall not be plucked up or overthrown anymore forever.”

And the entire area— including the graveyard and ash dump in the valley, and all the fields out to the Kidron Valley on the east as far as the Horse Gate— will be holy to the Lord. The city will never again be captured or destroyed.”

城的周围共一万八千肘。从此以后，这城的名字必称为“耶和华的所在”。

散布在太阳、月亮和天上众星之下，就是他们从前所喜爱、所事奉、所随从、所求问、所敬拜的。这些骸骨不被收殓，不被埋葬，必在地面上成为粪土。

你的主，耶和华，就是为他百姓辩护的神如此说：“看哪，我已从你手中接过那使人东倒西歪的杯，就是我愤怒的杯，你必不再喝。

他们要住在我赐给我仆人雅各的地上，就是你们列祖所住之地。他们和他们的子孙，并子孙的子孙，都永远住在那里。我的仆人大卫要作他们的王，直到永远；

你们抽签分地为业，要献上一份作为献给耶和华的圣地，长二万五千肘，宽二万肘。整个地区都作为圣地。再从其中划出一块作为圣所，长五百肘，宽五百肘，四面见方；四围再加五十肘的空地。从这整个范围要划出长二万五千肘，宽一万肘的地，其中要有圣所，是至圣的。这是地上的一块圣地，要归给在圣所供职、亲近事奉耶和华的祭司，作为他们房屋用地与圣所的圣地。其余长二万五千肘，宽一万肘，要归给在殿中供职的利未人，作为他们二十间房屋的地业。在那块献上的圣地旁边，你们要划分造城的地业，宽五千肘，长二万五千肘，归以色列全家。

他们在欣嫩子谷建造陀斐特的丘坛，要在火中焚烧自己的儿女。这并不是我所吩咐的，我心里也从来没有想过。因此，看哪，日子将到，这地方不再称为陀斐特和欣嫩子谷，反倒称为杀戮谷。他们要在陀斐特埋葬尸首，甚至无处可葬。这是耶和华说的。

我不再转脸不顾他们，因我已将我的灵浇灌以色列家。这是主耶和华说的。”

对他们说：‘万军之耶和华如此说：我要打碎这民和这城，正如人打碎陶匠的器皿，不能再使其完整。他们要在陀斐特埋葬，甚至无处可葬。我必向这地方和其中的居民如此行，使这城与陀斐特一样。这是耶和华说的。耶路撒冷的房屋和犹大君王的宫殿，就是他们在其上向天上的万象烧香、向别神献浇酒祭的宫殿房屋，都必被玷污，和陀斐特一样。’”

我何时论到一邦或一国说，要拔出、拆毁、毁坏；

他使我从骸骨的四围经过，看哪，平原上面的骸骨甚多，看哪，极其枯干。

现在论到这城，就是你们所说，已经因刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫被交在巴比伦王手中的，耶和华—以色列的神如此说：
