耶和華這樣說：“人若能量度在上的諸天，測透地下面的根基，我也就會因以色列後裔所作的一切，棄絕他們眾人。”這是耶和華的宣告。

耶和华如此说：“若能量度上天，寻察下地的根基，我就因以色列后裔一切所行的弃绝他们。这是耶和华说的。”

耶和华如此说：“若有人能测量上面的天，探索下面地的根基，我才会因以色列后裔所做的一切弃绝他们。这是耶和华说的。”

耶和华如此说：“若有人能测量上面的天，探索下面地的根基，我才会因以色列后裔所做的一切弃绝他们。这是耶和华说的。”

耶和华说：“正如无人能量度高天，探测大地的根基，同样我也决不会因以色列人的所作所为而弃绝他们。这是耶和华说的。”

永恆主這麼說：『上天若能被量度，下地的根基若能被測透，我也就能因以色列後裔所行的一切事來棄絕他們眾人了：永恆主發神諭說。』

如能上度穹蒼、下測地基、則我因以色列裔所為、必遺棄之、耶和華言之矣、

耶和華又曰、如穹蒼可度、大地可測、則我念以色列族所為、必棄之如遺。

主如是云、如能上度天、下測地、則我亦因以色列族所為棄以色列族、此乃主所言、

This is what the Lord says:“ Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below be searched out will I reject all the descendants of Israel because of all they have done,” declares the Lord.

The Lord says,“ Suppose the sky above could be measured. Suppose the foundations of the earth below could be completely discovered. Only then would I turn away the people of Israel. Even though they have committed many sins, I will still accept them,” announces the Lord.

Thus says the Lord:“ If the heavens above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth below can be explored, then I will cast off all the offspring of Israel for all that they have done, declares the Lord.”

This is what the Lord says:“ Just as the heavens cannot be measured and the foundations of the earth cannot be explored, so I will not consider casting them away for the evil they have done. I, the Lord, have spoken!

“ This is what the LORD says: Only if the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below explored, will I reject all of Israel’s descendants because of all they have done— this is the LORD’s declaration.

This is what the Lord says:“ If the heavens above can be measured And the foundations of the earth searched out below, Then I will also reject all the descendants of Israel For everything that they have done,” declares the Lord.

Thus says the Lord:“ If heaven above can be measured, And the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel For all that they have done, says the Lord.

Thus saith Jehovah: If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then will I also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith Jehovah.

This is what the Lord says: If the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth below explored, I will reject all of Israel’s descendants because of all they have done— this is the Lord’s declaration.

Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

The LORD says,“ I will not reject all the descendants of Israel because of all that they have done. That could only happen if the heavens above could be measured or the foundations of the earth below could all be explored,” says the LORD.

Yahweh says:“ If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, then I will also cast off all the offspring of Israel for all that they have done,” says Yahweh.

“你沒有留意列國的人民說甚麼嗎？他們說：‘耶和華所揀選的這兩個家族，他已經棄絕了。’他們藐視我的子民，不再把他們看為一個國家。耶和華這樣說：‘我若沒有設立白晝和黑夜的約，或立定天地的定律，我就會棄絕雅各的後裔，和我僕人大衛的後裔，不從大衛的後裔中選人出來統治亞伯拉罕、以撒和雅各的後裔。我卻必使他們被擄的人歸回，也必憐憫他們。’”

我卻必使我僕人大衛的後裔和事奉我的利未人增多，像天上的萬象不能數算、海邊的沙粒不能斗量。’”

誰曾用掌心量過海水，用手掌測過蒼天呢？誰曾用升斗量過大地的塵土，用秤稱山嶺，用天平稱岡陵呢？

那麼我要說，難道神丟棄了他的子民嗎？絕對沒有！因為我自己也是以色列人，是亞伯拉罕的後裔，屬於便雅憫支派的。神並沒有丟棄他預先知道的子民。難道你們不知道在經上以利亞的話是怎樣說的嗎？他向神控訴以色列人：“主啊，他們殺了你的眾先知，拆毀了你的祭壇，只剩下我一個人，他們還在尋索我的性命。”但神怎樣回答他呢？“我為自己留下了七千人，是沒有向巴力屈膝的。”因此，現在也是這樣，按著恩典的揀選，還有剩下的餘數。

這樣，全以色列都要得救，如經上所記：“拯救者必從錫安出來，除掉雅各家的不敬虔的心；我除去他們罪惡的時候，就與他們立這樣的約。”就福音來說，因你們的緣故，他們是仇敵；就揀選來說，因祖宗的緣故，他們是蒙愛的。因為神的恩賞和呼召是決不會反悔的。

神高深莫測之事你怎能查出呢？全能者的終極你怎能洞悉呢？他的智慧高於諸天，你能作甚麼呢？比陰間還深，你怎能識透？他的智慧比地長，比海寬。

我的僕人雅各啊！你不要懼怕。因為我與你同在；我要消滅我趕逐你去的列國。卻必不消滅你。我要按公正懲治你，決不能免你受罰。”這是耶和華的宣告。

因為我與你同在，要拯救你；我要消滅我趕散你去的列國，卻必不消滅你。我要按公正懲治你，決不能免你受罰。’”這是耶和華的宣告。

我要說：“你的慈愛必永遠建立；你的信實，你必堅立在天上。

誰升上天，又降下來呢？誰收聚風在掌中呢？誰包水在衣服裡呢？誰立定地的四極呢？他的名字叫甚麼？他兒子的名字叫甚麼？你知道嗎？
