使阳光白天照耀、星月晚上发光、大海波涛汹涌的万军之耶和华说：

那使太阳白日发光，使星月有定例，黑夜发亮，又搅动大海，使海中波浪砰訇的，万军之耶和华是他的名。他如此说：

耶和華錫日為白晝之光、定月與星為黑夜之光、翻騰滄海、使其波濤漰渤、萬軍之耶和華、乃其名也、

耶和華晝使日華照爍、夜使星月交輝、永定其例、海水澎湃、叱之使靜、厥名萬有之主耶和華。

主使日發光於晝、定月與星發光於夜、使海水洶湧、波浪翻騰、名為萬有之主、主如是云、

This is what the Lord says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord Almighty is his name:

The Lord speaks. He makes the sun shine by day. He orders the moon and stars to shine at night. He stirs up the ocean. He makes its waves roar. His name is the Lord Who Rules Over All.

Thus says the Lord, who gives the sun for light by day and the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord of hosts is his name:

It is the Lord who provides the sun to light the day and the moon and stars to light the night, and who stirs the sea into roaring waves. His name is the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, and this is what he says:

“ This is what the LORD says: The one who gives the sun for light by day, the fixed order of moon and stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea and makes its waves roar— the LORD of Armies is his name:

This is what the Lord says, He who gives the sun for light by day And the fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night, Who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— The Lord of armies is His name:

Thus says the Lord, Who gives the sun for a light by day, The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night, Who disturbs the sea, And its waves roar( The Lord of hosts is His name):

Thus saith Jehovah, who giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, who stirreth up the sea, so that the waves thereof roar; Jehovah of hosts is his name:

This is what the Lord says: The One who gives the sun for light by day, the fixed order of moon and stars for light by night, who stirs up the sea and makes its waves roar— Yahweh of Hosts is His name:

Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day,[ and] the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts[ is] his name:

The LORD has made a promise to Israel. He promises it as the one who fixed the sun to give light by day and the moon and stars to give light by night. He promises it as the one who stirs up the sea so that its waves roll. He promises it as the one who is known as the LORD who rules over all.

Yahweh, who gives the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, who stirs up the sea, so that its waves roar; Yahweh of Armies is his name, says:

但雅各的上帝截然不同，祂是万物的创造者，被称为“万军之耶和华”，以色列是祂的子民。

我是你的上帝耶和华，我翻动大海、卷起波涛，万军之耶和华是我的名。

要称谢那位创造日月星辰的，因为祂的慈爱永远长存。祂让太阳管理白昼，因为祂的慈爱永远长存。祂让月亮星辰管理黑夜，因为祂的慈爱永远长存。

上帝说：“天空要有光体，以区分昼夜，作记号，定节令，计算年日，发光普照大地。”果然如此。上帝造了两个大光体，较大的管白昼，较小的管黑夜，又造了星辰。上帝把这些光体摆列在天空，让它们发光普照大地，管理昼夜，分开明暗。上帝看了，感到满意。

你恩待千万人，也向后世的子孙追讨他们祖先所犯的罪。伟大全能的上帝啊！你名叫万军之耶和华。

但他们的救赎主——万军之耶和华有伟大的能力，祂必为他们申冤，使他们的家园安宁，使巴比伦的居民不得安宁。”

门徒连忙叫醒耶稣，说：“主啊，救命！我们快淹死了！”耶稣答道：“你们的信心太小了，为什么害怕呢？”于是祂起来斥责风和浪，风浪就完全平静了。

当你们举目观看你们的上帝耶和华赐给天下万民的日、月、星辰等天上万象时，不要受诱惑去跪拜、供奉它们。

诸天述说上帝的荣耀，穹苍传扬祂的作为。它们日复一日地诉说，夜复一夜地宣扬，无言无语，无声无息。它们的声音传遍天下，它们的话语传到地极。上帝在天上为太阳设立居所。太阳出来时，如步出洞房的新郎，又如欢然奔跑赛程的健儿。它滑过长空，从天这边绕到天那边，热量广及万物。

祂一声令下，狂风大作，巨浪滔天。他们的船只忽而被抛向半空，忽而落入深渊，他们吓得面无人色，东倒西歪，如同醉汉，束手无策。于是，他们在患难中呼求耶和华，耶和华便拯救他们脱离困境。祂使狂风止息，海浪平静。

你曾用大能分开海水，打碎水中巨兽的头。

你们还自称为圣城的人，声称倚靠名为万军之耶和华的以色列的上帝。

白昼和黑夜都属于你，你设立了日月。

这样，你们才是天父的孩子。因为祂让阳光照好人也照坏人，降雨给义人也给恶人。

摩西向海伸出手，耶和华便整夜用强劲的东风吹退海水，将海底变成干地。海水分开后，以色列人踏着干地走入海中，海水如两道墙立在他们左右。

是我为它划定界限，并安上门和闩，说，‘你到此为止，不可越界；你狂傲的波涛要停在这里。’

他的后裔必永无穷尽，他的王位必在我面前如日长存，又如天上亘古不变的月亮，永远坚立。”（细拉）

耶和华啊，大海澎湃怒吼，波浪滔天。高天之上的耶和华充满力量，超过咆哮的洪水和怒吼的大海。

愿他的名流芳百世，如日长存。愿万国都因他而蒙福，都称颂他。

名叫万军之耶和华的王说：“我凭我的永恒起誓，将有一位要来，他的气势如群山中的他泊山，又像海边的迦密山。

祂把海水分开，带领他们安然渡过；祂使海水堆起如墙壁。

用荣耀的臂膀扶持摩西，在他们面前把海水分开，使自己威名永存的那位在哪里？

雅各的上帝却迥然不同，因为祂创造万物，以色列人是祂的产业，祂名叫“万军之耶和华”。

我要让人知道：你的慈爱存到永远，你的信实与天同存。

祂的能力使大海平静，祂运用智慧击碎海怪。

耶和华啊，你的话与天同存，亘古不变。

大海看见他们就奔逃，约旦河也倒流。大山如公羊一般跳跃，小山像羊羔一样蹦跳。大海啊，你为何奔逃？约旦河啊，你为何倒流？

你知道天的定律吗？你能使地服从天律吗？

因为造你的是你的丈夫，祂名叫万军之耶和华；救赎你的是以色列的圣者，祂是普天下的上帝。

只要日月尚存，愿百姓永远敬畏你。

祂斥责红海，海就干了，祂带领他们走过深渊，如履干地。

难道你们不敬畏我吗？这是耶和华说的。难道你们在我面前不颤抖吗？我以沙石为海的界限，使水永远不能越过它。汹涌的波涛不能逾越，澎湃的海浪不能漫过。
