昔予曾專我心思、滅其邦國、毀其根株、屢降災害、今予亦必專我心思、建造之、栽植之焉。

主曰、昔我專心以彼拔除、拆毀、傾覆、翦滅、降災、後亦必若是專心建造之、栽植之、

Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” declares the Lord.

I watched over Israel and Judah to pull them up by the roots. I tore them down. I crushed them. I destroyed them. I brought horrible trouble on them. But now I will watch over them to build them up and plant them,” announces the Lord.

And it shall come to pass that as I have watched over them to pluck up and break down, to overthrow, destroy, and bring harm, so I will watch over them to build and to plant, declares the Lord.

In the past I deliberately uprooted and tore down this nation. I overthrew it, destroyed it, and brought disaster upon it. But in the future I will just as deliberately plant it and build it up. I, the Lord, have spoken!

Just as I watched over them to uproot and to tear them down, to demolish and to destroy, and to cause disaster, so will I watch over them to build and to plant them”— this is the LORD’s declaration.

In the past I saw to it that they were uprooted and torn down, that they were destroyed and demolished. But now I will see to it that they are built up and firmly planted. I, the LORD, affirm it!”

It will happen that, like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to overthrow and to destroy and to afflict, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” says Yahweh.

我要眷顾他们，使他们得福乐，领他们归回这地。我也要建立他们，必不拆毁；栽植他们，必不拔出。

我今日立你在列邦列国之上，为要拔出，拆毁，毁坏，倾覆，又要建立，栽植。”

生有时，死有时；栽种有时，拔出有时；杀戮有时，医治有时；拆毁有时，建造有时；

看哪，我看守他们，为要降祸不降福；在埃及地的犹大人必因刀剑、饥荒而灭亡，直到灭绝。

你要这样告诉他，耶和华如此说：看哪，我所建立的，我必拆毁；我所栽植的，我必拔出；在全地我都如此行。

我必欢喜施恩给他们，尽心尽意、真诚地将他们栽于此地。

我何时论到一邦或一国说，要拔出、拆毁、毁坏；我所说的那一邦若回转离开他们的恶，我就改变心意，不将我想要施行的灾祸降与他们。我何时论到一邦或一国说，要建立、栽植；

所以耶和华特意使这灾祸临到我们，耶和华—我们的神在他所行的事上都是公义的；我们并没有听从他的话。

“在那日，我必重建大卫倒塌的帐幕，修补其中的缺口；我必建立那遭破坏的，重新修造，如古时一般，

正如经上所写的：‘此后，我要回来，重新修造大卫倒塌了的帐幕，从废墟中重新修造，把它建立起来，

因为神要拯救锡安，建造犹大的城镇；他的子民要在那里居住，得地为业。

耶和华建造耶路撒冷，聚集以色列中被赶散的人。

你当知道，当明白，从发出命令恢复并重建耶路撒冷，直到受膏的君出现，必有七个七和六十二个七。耶路撒冷城连街带濠都必在艰难中恢复并重建。

因为耶和华建造了锡安，在他的荣耀里显现。
