昔予曾專我心思、滅其邦國、毀其根株、屢降災害、今予亦必專我心思、建造之、栽植之焉。

Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” declares the Lord.

I watched over Israel and Judah to pull them up by the roots. I tore them down. I crushed them. I destroyed them. I brought horrible trouble on them. But now I will watch over them to build them up and plant them,” announces the Lord.

And it shall come to pass that as I have watched over them to pluck up and break down, to overthrow, destroy, and bring harm, so I will watch over them to build and to plant, declares the Lord.

In the past I deliberately uprooted and tore down this nation. I overthrew it, destroyed it, and brought disaster upon it. But in the future I will just as deliberately plant it and build it up. I, the Lord, have spoken!

Just as I watched over them to uproot and to tear them down, to demolish and to destroy, and to cause disaster, so will I watch over them to build and to plant them”— this is the LORD’s declaration.

It will happen that, like as I have watched over them to pluck up and to break down and to overthrow and to destroy and to afflict, so I will watch over them to build and to plant,” says Yahweh.

我必关注他们，眷顾他们，领他们归回这地。我必建立他们，必不拆毁；我必栽植他们，必不拔除。

今日我立你在列邦列国之上，为要拔出、拆毁、毁灭、倾覆，又要建立和栽植。”

生有时，死有时；栽种有时，拔出所种的也有时；杀戮有时，医治有时；拆毁有时，建造有时；

看哪！我要留意向他们降祸不降福；在埃及地所有的犹大人都必因刀剑和饥荒灭亡，直到灭绝。

耶和华对耶利米说：“你要这样对他说：‘耶和华这样说：看哪！我所建立的，我必拆毁；我所栽种的，我必拔除。我必这样对待全地。

我必喜欢他们，使他们得到福乐；我必全心全意、真诚地把他们栽种在这地上。’

我什么时候宣布要拔出、拆毁、毁灭一邦或一国，如果我论到的那一邦转离他们的恶行，我就必回心转意，不把我原定的灾祸降给他们。同样，我什么时候宣布要建立、栽植一邦或一国，

所以耶和华留意使这灾祸临到我们身上，因为耶和华我们的神在他所行的一切事上都是公义的，我们却没有听从他的话。

“到那日，我必竖立大卫倒塌的帐棚，修补它们的破口；我必重建它的废墟，使它像往日一样建立起来。

‘此后我要回来，重建大卫倒塌了的帐幕，重建它损坏之处，把它重新竖立起来，

因为神要拯救锡安，要建造犹大的众城；他的子民必在那里居住，并且拥有那地为业。

耶和华重建耶路撒冷，召聚被赶散的以色列人。

你要知道，也要明白，从发出命令恢复和重建耶路撒冷，直到受膏君的时候，必有七个七；又有六十二个七（“必有七个七；又有六十二个七”或译：“必有七个七和六十二个七”），耶路撒冷连广场和濠沟，都必重新建造起来；那是一段困苦的时期。

因为耶和华必建造锡安，在他自己的荣耀里显现。
