This is what the LORD says: A voice was heard in Ramah, a lament with bitter weeping— Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted for her children because they are no more.

耶和华如此说：“在拉玛听见号啕痛哭的声音，是拉结哭她儿女，不肯受安慰，因为他们都不在了。”

耶和华如此说：“在拉玛听见号啕痛哭的声音，是拉结哭她儿女，不肯因她儿女受安慰，因为他们都不在了。”

耶和华如此说：“在拉玛听见号啕痛哭的声音，是拉结哭她儿女，不肯因她儿女受安慰，因为他们都不在了。”

耶和华说：“在拉玛有痛哭哀号的声音，是拉结在为儿女哀痛，不肯接受安慰，因为他们都死了。”

耶和华这样说：“在拉玛听见有声音，是痛哭哀号的声音；拉结为她的儿女哀哭，不肯受安慰，因为他们都不在了。”

耶和華如此說：在拉瑪聽見號咷痛哭的聲音，是拉結哭她兒女，不肯受安慰，因為他們都不在了。

耶和華如此說：「在拉瑪聽見號咷痛哭的聲音，是拉結哭她兒女，不肯因她兒女受安慰，因為他們都不在了。」

耶和華如此說：「在拉瑪聽見號咷痛哭的聲音，是拉結哭她兒女，不肯因她兒女受安慰，因為他們都不在了。」

耶和華說：「在拉瑪有痛哭哀號的聲音，是拉結在為兒女哀痛，不肯接受安慰，因為他們都死了。」

耶和華這樣說：“在拉瑪聽見有聲音，是痛哭哀號的聲音；拉結為她的兒女哀哭，不肯受安慰，因為他們都不在了。”

永恆主這麼說：『在拉瑪聽見有聲音，悲苦痛哭的聲音，是拉結哭她的兒女，不肯因兒女的緣故而受安慰，因為他們不在了。』

耶和華曰、在拉瑪聞聲、號咷痛哭、乃拉結氏哭子、而不受慰、以其無存也、

耶和華曰、在拉馬聞悲泣、哀哭、重憂之聲、拉結氏哭子、以無存故、而不納慰。

主如是云、在拉瑪聞憂聲、即悲哀痛哭之聲、拉結哭其子、不肯受慰、以子無存故、

This is what the Lord says:“ A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because they are no more.”

The Lord says,“ A voice is heard in Ramah. It is the sound of weeping and deep sadness. Rachel is weeping for her children. She refuses to be comforted, because they are gone.”

Thus says the Lord:“ A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping. Rachel is weeping for her children; she refuses to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.”

This is what the Lord says:“ A cry is heard in Ramah— deep anguish and bitter weeping. Rachel weeps for her children, refusing to be comforted— for her children are gone.”

This is what the Lord says:“ A voice is heard in Ramah, Lamenting and bitter weeping. Rachel is weeping for her children; She refuses to be comforted for her children, Because they are no more.”

Thus says the Lord:“ A voice was heard in Ramah, Lamentation and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children, Refusing to be comforted for her children, Because they are no more.”

Thus saith Jehovah: A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation, and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children; she refuseth to be comforted for her children, because they are not.

This is what the Lord says: A voice was heard in Ramah, a lament with bitter weeping— Rachel weeping for her children, refusing to be comforted for her children because they are no more.

Thus saith the LORD; A voice was heard in Ramah, lamentation,[ and] bitter weeping; Rahel weeping for her children refused to be comforted for her children, because they[ were] not.

The LORD says,“ A sound is heard in Ramah, a sound of crying in bitter grief. It is the sound of Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because her children are gone.”

Yahweh says:“ A voice is heard in Ramah, lamentation and bitter weeping, Rachel weeping for her children. She refuses to be comforted for her children, because they are no more.”

This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD after Nebuzaradan, captain of the guards, released him at Ramah. When he found him, he was bound in chains with all the exiles of Jerusalem and Judah who were being exiled to Babylon.

Then Herod, when he realized that he had been outwitted by the wise men, flew into a rage. He gave orders to massacre all the boys in and around Bethlehem who were two years old and under, in keeping with the time he had learned from the wise men.Then what was spoken through Jeremiah the prophet was fulfilled:A voice was heard in Ramah, weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children; and she refused to be consoled, because they are no more.

My tent is destroyed; all my tent cords are snapped. My sons have departed from me and are no more. I have no one to pitch my tent again or to hang up my curtains.

But they replied,“ We, your servants, were twelve brothers, the sons of one man in the land of Canaan. The youngest is now with our father, and one is no longer living.”

I sought the Lord in my day of trouble. My hands were continually lifted up all night long; I refused to be comforted.

All his sons and daughters tried to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted.“ No,” he said.“ I will go down to Sheol to my son, mourning.” And his father wept for him.

So Rachel died and was buried on the way to Ephrath( that is, Bethlehem).

Their father Jacob said to them,“ It’s me that you make childless. Joseph is gone, and Simeon is gone. Now you want to take Benjamin. Everything happens to me!”

Then I passed by and noticed he was gone; I searched for him, but he could not be found.

Gibeon, Ramah, Beeroth,

Why not forgive my sin and pardon my iniquity? For soon I will lie down in the grave. You will eagerly seek me, but I will be gone.

Therefore I said,“ Look away from me! Let me weep bitterly! Do not try to comfort me about the destruction of my dear people.”

When he unrolled it before me, it was written on the front and back; words of lamentation, mourning, and woe were written on it.

Our ancestors sinned; they no longer exist, but we bear their punishment.

Then he would return to Ramah because his home was there, he judged Israel there, and he built an altar to the LORD there.

Enoch walked with God; then he was not there because God took him.
