And he spake unto Korah and unto all his company, saying, Even to morrow the LORD will shew who[ are] his, and[ who is] holy; and will cause[ him] to come near unto him: even[ him] whom he hath chosen will he cause to come near unto him.

And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them,[ even] my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd.And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken[ it].

Him hath God exalted with his right hand[ to be] a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for[ the sins of] the whole world.

And David my servant[ shall be] king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.

I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.

And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed[ is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord:Blessed[ be] the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

And set up over his head his accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies.Thy people[ shall be] willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou[ art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.

( For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou[ art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:But this[ man], because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.For such an high priest became us,[ who is] holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

And he hath on[ his] vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

And Pilate wrote a title, and put[ it] on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew,[ and] Greek,[ and] Latin.Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews.Pilate answered, What I have written I have written.

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.Of the increase of[ his] government and peace[ there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,Until I make thy foes thy footstool.Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

He shall build an house for my name, and I will stablish the throne of his kingdom for ever.

Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.And the disciples went, and did as Jesus commanded them,And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set[ him] thereon.And a very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the trees, and strawed[ them] in the way.And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David: Blessed[ is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan against the habitation of the strong: but I will suddenly make him run away from her: and who[ is] a chosen[ man, that] I may appoint over her? for who[ is] like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who[ is] that shepherd that will stand before me?

Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast[ our] profession.For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as[ we are, yet] without sin.Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

But they shall serve the LORD their God, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he[ is] just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and he shall speak peace unto the heathen: and his dominion[ shall be] from sea[ even] to sea, and from the river[ even] to the ends of the earth.

And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name[ is] The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD:Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him[ shall] the gathering of the people[ be].

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Behold, he shall come up like a lion from the swelling of Jordan unto the habitation of the strong: but I will make them suddenly run away from her: and who[ is] a chosen[ man, that] I may appoint over her? for who[ is] like me? and who will appoint me the time? and who[ is] that shepherd that will stand before me?

Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah,[ though] thou be little among the thousands of Judah,[ yet] out of thee shall he come forth unto me[ that is] to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth[ have been] from of old, from everlasting.Therefore will he give them up, until the time[ that] she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide: for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.

And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy[ it] for ten’s sake.

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this[ is] his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Who[ is] this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this[ that is] glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.

And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which[ am but] dust and ashes:

Who being the brightness of[ his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

And thou, Ezra, after the wisdom of thy God, that[ is] in thine hand, set magistrates and judges, which may judge all the people that[ are] beyond the river, all such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know[ them] not.And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether[ it be] unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.

Who[ is] he that condemneth?[ It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

And the children of Israel spake unto Moses, saying, Behold, we die, we perish, we all perish.Whosoever cometh any thing near unto the tabernacle of the LORD shall die: shall we be consumed with dying?

That I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he[ was] a faithful man, and feared God above many.

Oh that I knew where I might find him![ that] I might come[ even] to his seat!I would order[ my] cause before him, and fill my mouth with arguments.I would know the words[ which] he would answer me, and understand what he would say unto me.

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

And he said[ unto him], Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do[ it], if I find thirty there.

Then I came to the governors beyond the river, and gave them the king’s letters. Now the king had sent captains of the army and horsemen with me.When Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard[ of it], it grieved them exceedingly that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.

And he was king in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people[ and] the tribes of Israel were gathered together.

In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

Which came with Zerubbabel: Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:

[ To be] a memorial unto the children of Israel, that no stranger, which[ is] not of the seed of Aaron, come near to offer incense before the LORD; that he be not as Korah, and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.

And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions[ that were] under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.For where a testament[ is], there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.For a testament[ is] of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.Whereupon neither the first[ testament] was dedicated without blood.For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,Saying, This[ is] the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.[ It was] therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands,[ which are] the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:

His seed also will I make[ to endure] for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.

Who[ is] he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not.Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me.I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee.Wherefore I abhor[ myself], and repent in dust and ashes.
